I believe what that means is that is that, new card with mana cost "X" is A) worse than the removed card of X mana or B) doesn't fill a specific role like the removed card of X mana and replacing cards of similar functions makes a matchup worse.
For instance, Fireguard Destroyer: really good card, but Piloted Shredder is overall better and Defender of Argus has more utility. So, you can't really cut those without weakening the deck or making it flimsier. Also, you don't need six 4 mana minions, it takes too long to get going against aggro and you run out of steam too fast against control.
Didn't it just get an 80 rating, as in amongst the best cards in the game? Please explain that users of it but don't think it's really that strong. Explain away please.
It's generally used to slow down aggressive plays by being able to taking multiple hits, but because it has low attack most minions in a slower deck will survive. It's a tech card vs aggro.
I don't understand why every good card needs to be nerfed, it's definitely an annoying card to be against but it nowhere near wins the game.
WTH are you talking about? I've lost COUNTLESS games to that card. It's the PERFECT example of P2W and you don't give a shit because you have it.
I've had SO MANY GAMES where I get my opponent down to 5 health, I have the answer on the board and then this card is played. I MIGHT get lucky and have something that can remove 5 FUCKING HEALTH, but even then it just spawns another taunt so it's pointless. This card has owned me over and over as a free to play player and it's the perfect example of Blizzard putting in MUST HAVE cards. Also, check out "pro" streams sometime, they ALLLLLLL fucking use it because it's broken op. Taunt into Taunt, that's a Blizzard moneymaker, nothing else.
A Sludge Belcher (5 Mana) is Sen'jin Shieldmasta (4 Mana) withdeathrattle (50% Mana discount of effect) summonGoldshire Footman (1 Mana), so this "OP OP" card is really worth 4 1/2 Mana, meaning it's underpowered.
BGH as it is, is very important to decks that don't have access to (good) hard removal like druids and rouges (sometimes warlocks too). If this change was done, neither card would be used on mid-high levels of play. BGH ruined for the same reason no one runs hungry crab and Hemet would still be bad because the effect is now 6 mana. I rate this change 0/10

I really hopes this helps...

It's a cool concept, but most of the cards are so overpowered/terrible; I have to ask. Do you even play hearthstone?

Winning? Skill.
Losing? luck.
