Any replacements for Rat Pack?  Not sure I like hunter and just want to give this deck a shot to see if it's interesting.

I find Cairne essential vs priests and warriors.  Lots of N'Zoth priests around he he's outside of shadow word death and pain.  If you force an entomb out of Cairne (ideal) you are free to drop big guys later.  He's also really hard for rogues to remove.

Honestly I don't feel like wild is really that much of an aggro meta.  I feel like people play wild to play fun slower decks and get a break from standard.  You get the occasional secret/mid hunter and tempo mage but other than that I never feel rushed.

Very interesting deck, I run this with a few changes:

    -faceless/leeroy combo for + void/mal'ganis combo

Reason:  People in wild have essentially forgotten about mal'ganis and there's not enough big minion removal (BGH)

-power overwhelming and zombie chow for + sunfury protector and brann

Reason:  They are stall/removal/trade cards.  You are wasting too much synergy without having brann in this deck (boom, healbot, earthern, twilight)

    -alex for Jarraxx

Reason:  This is change I feel most strongly about, the wild meta is much slower, it does not make sense keeping a card out (jarraxx) that counters 1/3 of the classes in this game.  Any slow/control decks and anything priest/war gets greatly shifted in your favor with this one card.  Also, void summoning jaraxx into a defender taunt will yield auto conceed from face decks.

I'm currently at around 80% win climbing from rank 15-9 a few weeks ago

Edit:  forgot -Leotheb for +craine for N'zoth synergy.  Play shredder and craine on curve for tempo and to bait removal, big N'Zoth later.

I feel like Baron will hurt you as often as it will help you.  The deck you need to "slow down" the most is tempo mage and even if you get baron down to keep board clear you are just eating spells to the face.  I agree with you regarding deathwing clear, usually either I dont need it, have too many cards in hand, or would lose something essential like Anivia.

Really fun deck to play thank you for the idea.  I've made a few changes to this deck and from my first night of playing I've pretty easily climbed from rank 15 - 10.

    Changes:

    -Soggoth

    -Y'shaarj

    +Craine Blood

    +N'Zoth

I feel these changes add a lot of consistency, also allows me to throw sylvannas and craine on curve for tempo/momentum.  I'm debating doing something else with the mire keepers for more taunt and removing deathwing but for now this is working great.

    Main win conditions:

    1.  anivia surviving a turn, the dropping 2-3 huge bodies

    2.  turn 10 anivia into N'Zoth combo is auto win vs all non-warrior/warlock decks (brawl/nether storm)

    3.  stupidly early Rag, like turn 4-5

    I absolutely agree with you,

That's how things would play out in the initial phase.  People would then realize that you counter people far less often and GET countered far less often.  This would lead to new and innovative decks.

Example:  mid shammy knows they are getting a boat load of freeze mages so they decide their curve doesn't need to be THAT good.  They take out techs like barnes/mana tide/bloodlust for 2xeater of secrets.  In the long run this would lead to new/innovative play.

You also claim "pretty much every deck would remove sham" then you use examples where someone would remove warrior or druid.

Queue times would not be effected b/c you are talking about 9 classes and banning a single class.

The end result after the dust settled would be that decks would run into their counter and what they counter far less often.  So you are facing balanced matchups!  What an awful idea.

Also the point is that oppressive decks, mainly midrange sham (standard) and secret pal (wild), just queue into each other and 50/50 winrate themselves into deciding to play something else.

All they need to do is implement a system that allows you to "block" one class from your queue system.  This would have solved the majority of the problems with hearthstone dating back the last 3-4 years.  Secret pals, patron wars, face hunters.

Very easy fix, similar to league of legends, just allow 1 class ban prior to queue with the exception being that if you ban a class you cannot use the class that way try hards like this first time legend players can run their mid sham garbage into each other over and over without affect other players.

You have zero chance beating zoolock and as you can see none of the videos are zoo.  You will also lose a lot of frustrating games to face damage from rogues/mages.

Other than that the deck is fun!

posted a message on Fun Decks that aren't Mid Shaman?

Really interesting post b/c I have been turned off to shaman for the past few months b/c all these aggro/midrange decks.  There are a few interesting and fun decks on front page right now that I have used to climb from rank 19-14 so far this season.

    Malygos, Dragon, Elemental, Reno/justice,

So far after about 15 ish games (about 11-4) I'm finding Elemental to be the best anti-aggro deck, malygos the post polished, and reno/justice to be kind of garbage.

Not good on ladder, too many shamans and tempo mages.

Don't understand why people downvote me.  I found it to be a fun deck just trying to be honest and temper expectations.  You will do well vs hunters and druids, locks/wars are 50/50 and shams will run all over you unless you get perfect draw.
