Section 4 actually has the most offensive language to me... but it refers back to section 1C:

 Uhmm, should proly read thru the tos... while I understand the desire on Blizzard - well really activision, to rid the world of bots in HS, the idea that it's acceptable to make arbitrary decisions on what software exists on my 'puter or mobile could be grounds for account termination seems ambitious at best, beyond reasonable in my estimation.

The way the new tos reads for example if you use HS decktracker or firestone and they have a falling out that is temporary blizz could find anyone using it in violation and terminate an account... with no recourse even after they kiss and make up.  If you play WoW. Zygor or similar tools could cause the same!

What if they decided one of your third party games they offer thru blizz was now offensive and stop carrying it... even if you got it from another source it would be grounds for termination.

I realize all of these examples are unlikely to happen... still... it reads that way.

 When opening battle dot net app this morning it had a new, as of June 1st, tos... one of the paragraphs (1c I believe) specifically addressed software (or hardware for that matter) that intercepted or redirected to or thru servers gameplay.  That's what prompted this thread.  Not sure I'm all that crazy about them sifting thru my hard drive either.

Hi, hope someone can answer with clarity - new June 1, 2021 TOS says blizz will "scour" (my wording, but how I do imagine it) your hard drive for "unallowed" software or hardware... does the new tos consider vpn software as unallowed?

 Imho in larger numbers than some would believe... I think BG is the mode that is out of place - not even remotely HS related!  At least duels could be looked at as a blend of constructed and arena!

Thanks so much for including this.. we need more resources for Duels - way better format imho than BG, which seems to have overtaken all content and - even against their better judgement in otherwise seemingly intelligent streamers - all streams!  I jest... but BG is an awkward mode for HS... 

I'd relish your personal XP tierlists, and maybe even a gentle push to Blizz to support Duels even more (leaderboards, stats and even maybe some tourny format!!)

So I created an event - wouldn't let me schedule right away, instead for about an hour from this post creation, how do I use it to open packs?  Do I have to "travel" to the event and log in there (used a known venue as Blizz doesn't have my home address and I don't intend to provide) to be able to open them, or when the event time arrives should I just automatically be able to open no matter physical location?
