Not much point to Stegodon. When everything already has Taunt you may as well put Oasis Snapjaw. But I went for a bit more flavour and took Hungry Dragon instead.
OMG I beat a Quest Shaman by hiding behind successive Bog Creepers, dropping a Frothing Berserker he couldn't reach, and then next turn dropping a Ravaging Ghoul to help inflate it up to 20 attack. Very nicely done! And I enjoy the fact that I get to make moves that aren't commonly seen in constructed play.
Interesting deck. Came up because I had a Warrior quest and am missing a lot of the current "it cards" in this meta's Warrior decks.
I didn't have Bittertide Hydra and didn't feel it was enough of a key card to craft. Looked through my library's 5-drops and decided on... Stranglethorn Tiger. I figured if I don't have an oversize 5-drop at least I have one that survives to make its first attack.
It was very satisfying having an untargetable Taunt that would respawn upon death, and also create bonus gnomes during the enemy's attempts to ram minions into it.
The biggest weakness of Jade Druid is typically midgame. When they play a Priest what they would like to be doing in the early-midgame is playing ramp and cycle cards. They can usually withstand taking a gradual beating as long as they are able to wrest board control back in time. Once the Jades get big enough, no Priest can keep board control.
When Priest goes face instead of trading, Druid has to respond with removal and bad trades instead. So they're left trying to catch up. They never play that Jade Blossom or Nourish. They Wrath for 3 not 1. They play an inefficient Swipe. They push out the Innervates and cheap spells they were hoping to save for Auctioneer. If you do see them play a weak or ramp card it will be only because they ran out of good answers.
If you draw a Blackwing Corruptor consider saving it for last-minute reach since there are no other "charges" in the deck.
I'd be inclined to make Twilight Whelp the only 1-mana. You're not going to get good early use out of Northshire Cleric because you'll always curve out perfectly. But holding that 1-mana Whelp is your insurance policy, so that if T1 you have no other Dragon in hand, you keep it and then all your next draws have an activator.
Lots of fun! The C'Thun buffs in this deck are really solid and I don't think Doomcaller adds much... what would you think about Kel'Thuzad instead? That way if a Vek'lor or two survives, you can park it behind and give that Scaled Nightmare even more protection.
In a region where I don't happen to have Doomsayer, Explosive Sheep works too. It's not always as effective, but it is sometimes even more effective. E.g. one game went:
Me: Finley to Fireblast. Enemy: Pass
Me: Sheep. Enemy: Slam Finley.
Me: Acolyte. Enemy: Fierce Monkey.
Me: Finley into the Monkey, Sheep into the Monkey. Kill the Monkey, draw a card from the explosion, play Force-Tank MAX.
Also, speaking of which, Fireblast is the ideal second choice to Life Tap. That way if your T3 Acolyte does not face anything on the board it can attack after Communion, you can ping it to draw.
Fun deck! North Sea Kraken definitely works in the Ysera slot. For lack of Ragnaros the Firelord, I couldn't find anything else with a powerful immediate impact. So I think the best answer is just to put in another North Sea Kraken. That way T8 you draw a smaller card and can tap for another one if needed. Set up for the Kraken turn if possible.
I happened to have King Krush in a region where I don't have Ragnaros the Firelord. Makes a perfect replacement as you get a guaranteed T8 Call of the Wild followed by an unexpected punch in the face.

Maybe it could be a mini ice lance/ping. "Deal 1 damage to a character and freeze it. If it's already frozen deal 2 (3?) damage."

So far this is the ONLY deck I've played that foils Curious Glimmerroot.

I'd take Feral Rage over Healing Touch. Gives flexibility to use the attack instead.

I was missing a few of these legends in one region so I ended up going with Kel'Thuzad, Mekgineer Thermaplugg, Soggoth the Slitherer and Ysera for my top end.

Replace one Novice Engineer with The Curator and replace one Wild Pyromancer with Corrupted Seer. Now it'll draw one of your dragons and a board clear guaranteed. :)

Fun deck! I was missing Twin Emperor Vek'lor and one Twilight Darkmender, so I subbed in Sylvanas Windrunner and Crazed Worshipper. It's worked out pretty well, and Sylvanas is a nice way to restrict the enemy's options in the current meta.
