Slow rolling is an obnoxious play in any card game. Almost every player I faced last night was doing it. Whether I was well ahead, or way behind. They'd mull and float and draw the timer out every turn. I guess these players don't like to progress fast and get as many games in as possible, or they're very slow thinkers. Either way, they're extremely annoying. I've taken to minimising the game and doing something else while they hurt their little brains pondering.

Can you [devs] PLEASE fix the instant-loss if game crashes issue. It's ridiculous. It only takes a few seconds to get back into the game after a crash, most you would miss would be one turn, if you were allowed back to the game you were playing. Every other game online allows you to pick up where you left off.

I wouldn't be as annoyed if they implemented some way to get back into the game you crashed from. I think an instant loss for something beyond your control is very harsh. Hopefully they're looking into it and will sort it soon. I don't want it to sour my experience right from the off. As I do like the game.

posted a message on For Curiousity Sake How much have you guys spent on Hearthstone?

just over €5 on the Arena, 3 separate times @1.79 each . I should probably wait until I'm better at the game, but wanted to try it out. From playing I now have enough to try the Arena for free.

It's easy to say have more patience though. But when you spend money to play the Arena, and then get DC's, it's no fun :(

posted a message on Current Meta is fantastic

In 5 card draw poker there is over 2.5m various combinations of possible starting hand. That's with only 5 cards from a deck of 52! only 13 different card types! Imagine just how many combinations are possible for each character in this game!

Yet ... most players just seem to copy decks, card for card or add in any fillers close enough for ones they don't have. What works for one player in a string of games, does not mean it'll work for another.

It should be all about how you play them, and a little pinch of luck on top. If it was as simple as copying a good player's deck, every player in the game would do it, then what? They'd cancel one another out, and it'll come down to simply luck.

Ok, I'm new to the game, so I don't know all the ins and outs regarding some issues. But this disconnect issue is a bad one. Not only does it randomly happen at all the wrong times, but you instantly lose the game you're in when it happens. That is way OTT. You should be able to re-open the game and get back in to where you were, even if it means you probably missed a turn. It just happened to me, I was leading 26-4 and would have finished next turn and suddenly, random disconnect from server. I tried to get back in, it only took a few seconds to re-open the game, opponent would have barely finished their turn - but nope, it goes down as a loss. That is plain ridiculous. I would hope that's a priority fix!?
