Reknar427 posted a message on Cloaked HuntressPosted in: Cloaked HuntressDecent card, good. The only problem might be hunter card draws. With this you will end with empty hand really quick. The best solution might Lock and Load. But maybe some decks will take advantage from it and try to make Core Rager viable. 4mana 7/7 for Hunters? Who knows...

Dual-class arena runs will be retired at the end of the event. Still no official word about getting a free ticket if your run is retired, but my personal suspicion is you will not receive one. The retiring of decks at the beginning of the event was unprecedented, and since it's conceivable that a player could come back from a long hiatus and never know their arena run was going to be retired, offering the ticket as compensation makes sense. The dual-class runs are a much smaller time frame, and anyone who makes a run during the event will have the opportunity to see the time limit, so it's more reasonable to take the "sorry, you had your chance" attitude.
TL;DR - leave your run active at your own risk.

What I'm hoping for: a return to Wild mode for arena, though with an occurrence adjustment for older sets to make them much less likely to appear (either geometric or fibonacci-based I'd expect).
What I'd find interesting: arena switching to a rotation format where every month a different wild set or sets were available for drafting. I'd expect the first month of each new expac would have no wild sets (to promote the new set), then the succeeding 3 months would have different wild sets rotate in and out. Or something similar, timing would be tricky.
What I'm dreading: arena moving to a "seasonal" format like ranked, with runs auto-retiring at the end of each month so everyone can "start fresh."
What I'm expecting: the Spanish Inquisition.

Soon*
*The definition of the term "soon" is variable and no assumptions should be made about the length of time involved.

Also remember that your draft will pull from both classes as well as neutrals. Think about the combination of class cards you could get. Prophet Velen Pyroblast anyone?

I think the bigger news is the absolute guarantee to never encounter a wild arena deck ever again, barring a return to the format. Also, RIP Vicious Fledgling.

Not my best game personally, but the highlight is Nat Pagle. Opponent got it from Prince Malchezaar and played it on turn 5. Nat had a good day fishing: he only missed on Turn 10. And he actually burned a card on Turn 11. Unreal.
