Wouldn’t cut SI. I would cut Chef Nomi and a bloodsail corsair & add in second Southsea deckhand + second sap. Since cutting nomi you could also cut 1x shadowstep and add something else like zilliax perhaps.

If you actually took the  time to read through the notes you would notice that I mentioned Chef Nomi isn’t core :)

unfortunately, netherspite is a key card in this deck and cannot be replaced. It generates a lot of value (finding additional dragons such as duskbreaker) and no other card can really duplicate it's effect in the deck :( 
Also, netherspite is rotating out in the next expansion anyway

I don’t think ooze is worth it at all. it will be useless in a lot of your matchups (druid/priest). In general Kingsbane rogue is a very easy matchup usually, you just have to make sure you get some early minions on board and dig for combo to OTK them. They run doomsayers usually as well which can be used against them (potion + double divine and inner). Also, try to pay attention to your size hand as they run the coldlight oracles. If they burn one of your divine spirits you are in a bit of trouble.

I would have to disagree, as there are multiple top 10 legend players using dragon priest :) It might be the player and not the deck perhaps ^^

Mulligan dragon priest

Vs priest/jade druid : keep northshire cleric, netherspite (preferably with twilight drake in hand), kabal talon priest. It isn’t bad holding onto a potion of madness if you think it’s raza, so u can steal an early loot hoarder/bloodmage/acolyte/northshire).
On coin: you can look to keep an Operative 

Vs warlock: look for northshire, netherspite, radiant ele, power word shield, kabal talon priest.
In this matchup it is really easy to cheese the warlock out before t4-5. Usually with an early buffed radiant (10/10 in size - pw:shield + 1 divine spirit + inner)
If the game goes late, your win con is usually twilight acolyte on a void lord into potion of madness combo

General vs aggro: look for netherspite, cleric, dusbreakers (preferrably both), potion of madness, tar creeper (tar with a divine usually shuts them out for a bit)
On coin: radiant + powershield is tough for a lot of aggro to deal with. (Except for rogue)
