Goddamit though why do people rope burn when they are losing? You are losing because (in theory) you are worse than the other guy so don't make him suffer just because he has better skills/RNG.

Once you get below rank 20 it is all holds barred. 

1. Some people who used to play a lot don't anymore and only log in to do dailies.

2. Golden portrait farmers: I don't understand them, since they should be experienced players who can earn golden portraits by just playing normally, but nevertheless they like to rank down so they can farm the 20's.

3. The game has been out for a long time. Even the shittiest of players have a decent collection. I started a F2P account on the EU server to pass the time during lunch breaks and I have Golden Dr. Boom, Full Naxx, Most of BRM and a full Patron Warrior deck.

 

Wow how long have you had that F2P account? I don't spend money on the game( other than buying 5 TGT packs) but I still have trouble saving up for adventures...

Um it's normal though, for some new control players with Dr Boom and co. stuck on the lower ranks as they are learning their decks. I understand your frustration because I only recently reached 17 only after I was forced to use handlock. Maybe experience should be considered in the ranking system?

Yeah. With a big dragon such as Alex in hand they are pretty much OP af. I played a few dragon priests and they just drop taunt after taunt after taunt. V annoying when you're playing aggro. 

Yeah I made some changes and ladder climbed with my Handlock instead. Very effective down there. also noticed the sudden surge of new players.

Yeah but it's also better in some ways to go up the ladder earlier when all the farmers are up at the high ranks...I don't know but this never worked for me.

OK I know Im gonna sound extremely salty but this issue has been bugging me FOREVER.

I started Hearthstone a few months back and now I have a decent arsenal of ladder climbing decks,albeit incomplete. What really irks me is the multitude of people running control warriors and expensive af decks down at ranks 19-20. I tend to use my face hunter (yeah I said it) to reach the 15s then I pull out my fun decks but it takes me too long to just get up even one rank because there are SO many players who should be up in 5-6s down here making life hard for us honest folk who actually want to climb the ladder. 

Anyone else second me or am I the only one who is annoyed with this??
