Confirmation bias, notice if you win three coinflips where it eats the smaller minion e.g. 50%, 50%, 50% = 0.125 you wouldn't bat an eye and think that it's normal and deserved. any event over 0% can and will occur
Why test cards and synergies and unique strategies against terrible decks? It's the same as playing a bot who plays nothing and passes each turn. Any combo and any synergy will work if you give it unlimited time to get there; in my opinion, you don't improve your own play and decision making by playing in sandbox mode.
May as well learn to test your strategies against decent decks. Just play ranked and if you lose you lose. Understand the frequency of combo cards coming together, the balance between control, tempo, value, combo, card draw, etc. cards in your deck, what outs you have at different stages, what to mulligan for, key cards in different matchups, etc.
That said, can appreciate people play the game for different reasons and that's fine.
I've hit legend in Wild and I primarily played Malyrogue and Dragon Priest. I find both decks pretty fun to pilot, especially the Malyrogue against control decks!
I enjoy concealing as much as possible the fact that I'm running Malygos, and then unleashing a flurry in the midgame that annihilates the opponent from 25-30 health to 0. I also just like playing Barnes in general, and having huge Auctioneer turns.
Regarding the priest deck, I really like the strong tempo plays of the dragon synergies, and running over slow decks with huge board advantages, and the use of Brann + Netherspite Historian + Drakonid Operative combos.
I'm at 32-22 with Rogue and 60-38 with Priest (~60% w/r combined) this season.

Hey hey, I think I had this issue. Turned off my phone and booted it up again and seemed to fix it.
