I kinda hate that they let out the new expansion info so early in the year. One of my favorite things was everyone guessing what each of the expansions would end up being but that is dead and gone now :(

Kinda wish they would have done a brawl maybe themed around the brand new released miniset....

I don't think these are Battleground skins. If you look at the portraits, there is a class logo by each one. Arfus has the Death Knight symbol, so you should be in luck.

I asked this a while ago on reddit (for some stupid reason), as I lost with a pretty good board, but couldn't counter the divine shields, reborn, the Kangor's Apprentice, and the Deflecto-o-Bot.

Only thing I was told was to pick up a Sin'dorei Straight Shot but that is near impossible to use to deal with the actual stats...

And the worst thing is, because of the Ancestral Automaton, cards like Transmuted Bramblewitch or Upper Hand does absolutely nothing actually change the cards stats as it just sets the base to 3/3 or x/1 and still applies the bluff. I mean, if Zapp Slywick was still around, at least you could try to deal with the Kangor's Apprentice to have a few less cards to deal with...

Mk, I'll give it to them for the Robocaller. That's pretty funny if nothing else. May be useless, but still funny.

Can someone help me understand this a bit....

So, this is a warlock card, that replaces all of your neutral/tourist DK cards with new ones that cost 1 less.

What exactly is your hero power getting replaced with if you are a warlock? And does it cost one less like I'd assume based on card text? I guess if nothing else this is a decent card for the class that gets warlock cards as tourist, but just wanted to be sure if I was understanding it correctly.

So for all the questions on tourist:

"Put your Tourist into your deck and their destination class’s Perils in Paradise cards get instantly added to the deckbuilding interface, letting you put them into your deck like your main class cards—except for the destination class’s Tourist card"

So for the Tourist cards, it essentially lets you dual class, however it is only the cards from this new Perils in Paradise expansion that can be added. No core or previous expansion cards are on the list the way the article describes it. Also doesn't allow for the other classes tourist card to be added, so  it is only the 2 classes per deck.

Be nice if this was kinda like the Blackbeard's brawl where you didn't actually draw from your deck unless you had a card that allowed you to and those were all a cheap minion with decent stat's instead of whatever these random decks are. Demon Hunter w/ soulstones is a great idea, but when I end up with a hand ful of 7 mana + cards on turn 4, whatever few stones I get in the deck end up milled.

Maybe a boost in starting mana (i.e. 3 mana on turn 1) would help some too.

Another card that basically boils down to stalling until you can OTK the opponent. Boring.

Well tbh counter cards isnt suppose to be great they are just suppose to be an option to keep things in check and if you watched any major tournaments you would know that most lists that are brought usually have a tech counter card or sometimes even two in them its rarely the same list that are the most popular to copy paste.

Cards like Steamcleaner is amazing addition to the meta in my opinion and unlike popular ideas that they kill decks they don't but they keep them in check. If Astreoids for example or Plagues ever run out of control you have something to keep them down. But as long as the meta don't see them alot people won't tech agains't it either so they still work.

I mean its not like weapon destroying decks hasn't been played because we got ways to destroy them.

The only bug that's bugging me at the moment in bgs are the beetles.

Paying 35$ for one card or 60$ for 3 cards is crazy to me.

I don't really care that it's a signature card. What does signature even stand for? does it do anything more than an average card? It just looks a bit flashy, that's it.

I'm okay with pack bundles as I used to buy those before. Like a Hero skin and 5 packs, that's decent I guess for 10$ (I "used to buy" them but stopped as they started printing new ones 3 times a week) 

For each their own I guess. Some people will buy it and I'm sure Bli$$ard has customers for all the other shop items they present

Short answer: No.

Long answer: No, it is a scam set up to drain your gold reserves ahead of the miniset launching next month so you're more likely to have to spend real money on it instead.

Oh boy! I cant wait for them to get rid of trinkets: (one of the funnest and most exciting mechanics they've ever added to BGs) and replace it with NOTHING again!!! And wow, I cant wait to get reroll tokens (a feature designed for tier-wh*re players who will choose the highest WR character every time because they care about imaginary rank points which don't actually give you any in-game rewards) instead of hero skins from the free tavern pass! Best season ever!

Corpse Recycler must be the laziest design ever! They just changed the colours from Corpse Refiner.... oh wait... they RECYCLED the art!

Naga is the worst tribe at the moment along with beasts.. am I crazy or do these changes make it look even weaker? The new 6 drop might be okay, but you're losing athissa, slitherspear AND deep blue? The only nagas that you see sometimes are myrmidon as part of menagerie and glowscale as a quick divine shield for endgame boards.

I'm kinda worried.
