DatMageDoe posted a message on Multiple New Druid Cards RevealedPosted in: NewsNumber Cruncher is really flexible. All of the possible forms, except probably 6/3, have situations where they are useful. I imagine the most commonly used forms will be as an 8/1 to kill something big, or as a 4/5 to kill something midsized and leave a Taunt behind.
I'm less optimistic about Handle with Bear. It compares so poorly to Gorgonzormu, where for 1 more up-front mana, you get a 3/3, better starting effect, and better scaling.

Engastrimyth posted a message on Multiple New Priest Cards RevealedPosted in: NewsThese just...don't seem like priest cards?? You have a discard card and a self damage card - neither of those belong to priest. Even the old shadowy stuff we used to have, it dealt damage to both players or just the opponent. Not a fan of this set.

only8 posted a message on Multiple New Hunter Cards RevealedPosted in: NewsI feel like Cash Cow may hint at a future rogue-hunter tourist. That's the only way I could see the card being played imo

Dragoon2k posted a message on Multiple New Warrior Cards RevealedPosted in: NewsWarrior already have great ways of getting armor, doubt that Alloy Adviser will see any play also you dont really want to add this into your mech pool of possible revivals and for Hunter hm usally Hunter decks plays more agressive in a control type of Hunter maybe but still I have a hard time seeing a Hunter that goes fully in on just surviving and controlling its opponent the class is too aggressive in its nature too do that.
Reserved Spot I feel is the same way not a big enough of a swing card to make you build a deck around it. For Hunter I can't really say for sure if there is any spot for it or not but I do know there has been some Hunter decks that perform decent with mostly spells so could be a chance you could get a big charge beast thats huge with it and cheap making a combo type of Hunter deck of course that is a possibility with warrior aswell and Grom + Copy pasta but somewhere I really hope this isnt the case combo decks are often the most obnoxious decks to face.

DatMageDoe posted a message on New Warrior Rare Card Revealed - Punch CardPosted in: NewsWhy did the gameplay demo have to include the Odyn, Prime Designate aura? That threw me for a loop because the card was doing a lot more than the expected 6 of Punch Card + Craftsman's Hammer.

Does a 3 mana 3/3 weapon need a downside?2
Definitely not useless.

Wow. A snapdragon.

Astral Automaton and tutors for them.

How about designing an interesting card that doesn't give you another card?

Why not 30 Crackles? Skip the decisions part and get to the point.

Board is full, hand is full, mana crystals are full but you can't spend them. This would never happen in early HS but does now, because power level of the cards increased by like 5 times while hand and board limits stayed the same.

So what's the flavor? A big, dangerous dragon that's supposed to be slowly eaten alive?

I thought we are gonna get creative by using deathrattles, hero immunity cards, silences and other cards that are obviously good here. But the powercreep got so far that it's better to just play even shaman/handbuff paladin and slam infinite stats in every mode.
