Mech warper - changes the mana costs of mechs.
Mountain Giant - costs less for each health missing
Mana wrath - causes minions to cost 1 extra mana
elemental evocation - elementals cost 2 less
emp thaurassan (spelling) - reduces cost of cards at end of turn.
Going to assume that discard, warlock self damage cards and overload dont count despite the negativity of them.
And how about cards that have a sort of equal effect but still technically contain a negative eg coldlight oracle draws u cards bht negativity draws ur opponent 2???

As the old Challenge #65 is now violating the rules, here is a new one:
Challenge #65b "Guns and Roses" Class: Any Format: Any Your deck must contain 10 cards with firearms in their card art and 10 cards with flowers in their card art or name. All guns, cannons and futuristic ranged weapons are allowed. Bows, crossbows and other mechanical weapons do not count, nor do plants without visible flowers.
Edit: Apparently there are few flowers in the Hearthstone art. The flower can be in the name as well.

The card is allowed to have the ability(conditional) without it being fulfilled eg northshire cleric has the ability to draw (thereby adding) a card to your hand.
It could be a battlecry eg firefly, a spell eg arcane intellect, via deathrattle eg loot hoarder, end of turn effect (lich king), conditional spell or battlecry eg earthen might etc etc. Tonnes of cards to use

Added another prince, prince liam to the deck for fun. 1st game i played curved the princes on 2, 3, 4 was huge. Almost beat full control lock.
