I am happy with most buffs - changing things up keeps things interesting.

That said, I don't think it is unreasonable to think that a 1 mana Pogo Hopper is a bit worrying. Some significant mechs (Nullifier, Rover) are also getting buffed, which strengthens Dr. Boom, one of the most OP cards in the game.

Re. the nerfs, I am always a bit sad when iconic, Classic cards get nerfed. I've been playing them for years and they are part of the class identity. It is a minority opinion though, because most people just want the strongest classes (like Rogue) to get crushed.

Personally, I thought the series was okay. Not great, but not terrible. No series, with that level of hype, can live up to expectations.

The main issue for me is the series was too short and it felt rushed. Cramming huge plot resolutions, which you have spent the entire life of the show building to, into just 6 episodes, was a bad idea. I presume it was for budgetary reasons.

As a result, the battle against the Night King, the fall of Danny, etc. were not given the treatment they deserved. They certainly didn't feel climactic.

I voted for Bunny too, but he is making a lot of mistakes. E.g. he could have buffed his Questing Adventurer to 5 against a Token Druid, and he would have just won, but he didn't and it got swiped.

Compared to its competitors, like MTGA, the economy of Hearthstone just feels tight and outdated. It is its biggest failing, imo, and no wonder people are leaving.

For example, the devs were recently asked about extending Legendary protection to Epics (MTGA has it for both Mythics and Rares). They rejected the idea. That speaks volumes.

Personally, I will continue to play a bit of HS F2P, but will not take it seriously. After each expansion, I get a few weeks of novelty, and then I'm done until the next expansion. I wouldn't plow any more money into it, not now there is real competition. The value proposition just doesn't stack up.

Dr. Boom is the problem, in my opinion, as with all "infinite value" cards in HS.

I think a lot of people feel the same as the OP. HS is a fun, light CG with very high variance. MTGA is a much better CG overall, though, and its F2P offering is vastly superior. For what it is, the price of HS is insane.

You put "cheating" in quotation marks, which surprises me to be honest. It was one of the most flagrant, clear cut episodes of cheating in HS history.

Let's also remember that Roger has a history of cheating, this was not his first offense - even more reason to crack down, hard.

He only received a light penalty from Blizzard. What a joke, right? At least we can enjoy cheering against him. xD

I am definitively going for Bunny again too.

It is too close to the launch of the expansion, I think a lot of people are holding judgement until the meta settles. Blizzard have improved when it comes to churning out more regular patches, so I wouldn't be surprised if we do get one in a few weeks.

I am enjoying the rotation more than the expansion itself. Some oppressive cards are now gone, which is great. 

Warrior and Rogue feel slightly overtuned though and might need small nerfs. 

Free ticket -> 3 packs and some dust. What's not to like?

7-3 with Tempo Rogue. I got high-rolled by a Bomb Warrior who topdecked Boom - any other card and I had lethal. I managed to message him "GG" before throwing my laptop out the window. Hearthstone in a nutshell.  xD  

The main problem with the expansion is NOT Bomb Warrior, it is Thief Rogue. I just played a guy that shuffled 11 copies of Tess back into his deck. At that point you literally cannot win, unless you have an inevitable wincon deck. It is just miserable to play against. 

I went F2P recently and have not been playing much, so I only opened a humble 15 packs (I have lots of dust anyway).

I opened Oblivitron, Heistbaron Togwaggle, and The Boom Reaver! My best opening ever.

I also opened a golden Face Collector in my one free Witchwood pack (from the quest)!  xD
