3 mana to deal 2 damage isn't amazing. 3 mana for a 2/1 is directly reminiscent of the nerfed Owl that people complained about being too big of a tempo loss. 2 damage is valued the same as silence (as demonstrated by Keeper of the Grove's Choose one effect). So the card is, objectively, the same as the nerfed Owl, if used without C'thun.
I personally have been running Keepers instead of either these or owls in my C'thun Druid. I've been using them for damage more than Silence, so I'm objectively trading the C'thun buff and one mana for 1 health and flexibility, which I'm OK with.
I think if you're playing a Steward deck he's pretty decent. If you're playing C'thun he's decent. If you're doing neither he's as good as post-nerf Ironbeak Owl. So decide how good that is and this is close.

Had to delete my previous post since it didn't fit the rules, but here's new one. This is exactly what Warlock needs (if we ever want to get rid of aggro and zoo, or if we want to even see midrange/control warlock at all): late game taunt and heal. 'Nuff said.
Edit: totally OP, little bit less heal and less health.
Edit2: Sry about so many edits, its quite hard balancing this. Just a little bit simpler effect and more attack.
Edit3: Have to go with more complicated effect, this doesn't fit the rules
Edit4: thanks to TSMS http://www.hearthpwn.com/members/TSMS. E instead of e in Eater, "a" before Mistress of Pain, summon now bold, and other wording/grammar stuff. Also +1 attack, making body worth 6 mana (Lord of the Arena is UP). With deathrattles being worth less than battlecries and this being class card, it should (FINALLY!) be balanced.

KhaluaGuru: I think A would be balanced as 5-7 mana card as it can only steal beast and those are used almost only by hunters, and hunters mainly don't run any expensive cards.
Green_magic: rogue card should only deal 3 dmg and 5 dmg to undamaged ones, and be able to hit face. The point of Combo cards and other "if" stuff is that they are worse than other cards, but when that if thing happens, they are a little bit better than other cards. Now your card is as good as Shadow bolt in worst situation, making it OP.
Annarassa: Sindragosa is totally OP, it's Wargolem and free Frost nova, making it even more OP than Dr. Boom. Make it 4/6 or 4/7, it would be balanced as 4/5 but I feel that HS should have stronger late game, and as someone once said: this competition is about making OP card without it being obviously OP, which your card would be as 4/7.
