Trade Only?: Yes, you go first.
I run other discover cards too. You can't hamstring yourself by avoiding a powerful mechanic even if you don't like the prevelance of the mechanic in the game. I would prefer these cards didn't exist - but they do, so you have to use them if you want to win.
As I said in my post - I actually really like the concept of discover as a mechanic. I just think there's far too much of it now and it often becomes the defining part of a game.
Even if you are limited to 1 discover per game, your opponent could still get the Scourge with a cost reduction on it that wins them the game.
You are just unhappy because you lost to discover. That happens, I am sure you have won much more games thanks to this mechanic.
Not really salty. Just disappointed. It's really sad to see Hearthstone at its current state. There is no strategy and planning. You just have to copy-paste the strongest deck which currently is Dragon Druid and voilà! Enjoy your efortless wins!
Big thumb down to the balancing team for releasing these cards.
There is something like a feedback. You obviously can't be happy all the time and adapt to everything that is thrown at you. I dont like some of the anomalies and that is why I play BG much less than before. Its ok if you enjoy them, that's your taste but for god sake don't assume someone is salty just because they don't like the changes.
Just got into an "Only beasts!" anomaly lobby, by far the poorest BG experience I've ever had
Phew, I'm glad I'm not the only person with that opinion. People say that they were bored with the forced comps and needed something fresh in the game. I agree with that. But playing only beasts, demons, undead is just that but even worse because everyone is doing it! Some anomalies are ok but the lobbies with the only 1 type of minions or all golden minions in the tavern are not fun at all.
I was leaving hearthstone a few times but this time I am doing it for good. I don't enjoy it anymore. Standard is a dead mode with tons of unbalanced cards that are not interesting to me. The Arena is a discover fiesta - if you don't draft enough discovers you might as well retire because you're gonna get a painful experience. Battlegrounds was fun 2 years ago, I cant find myself enjoying it anymore.
Right now the only card game Im playing is Marvel Snap. It isnt perfect but at least I kinda enjoy it. I cant say the same about Hearthstone and thats the problem. I realized that the only thing that made me come back is nostalgia and it's not enough to keep me playing it. It's time to move on and keep my good memories of Hearthstone. 2015 was the best year in this game and I loved it. It wont come back. I just need to accept it.
Yes, it's broken but.. who plays Constructed anyway? This game mode has been like that for the past 3-4 years. Just ignore, cause there is no hope for it.
Judging from your hand, my guess is you didn't have a nice starting hand and didn't really contest the board on turns 1-3, before playing the Zealot on t4. I don't think the Shaman deck is to blame here. You think Aggro DH or even Zoolock would steamroll you less if you do nothing on turns 1-3?
I preordered the biggest bundle and cant open packs yet on android. Why?
