My thoughts on Pogo Rogue is a little different, I think the current deck (RR one) doesn't need more draw or shuffle, it needs more survivability. At most 6 Pogo-Hoppers are enough to beat Odd-Warrior, you just have to bait out his removal. (against Quest that would be more difficult, haven't played against it yet) I am using a minion based draw engine with Spirit of the Shark , Witchwood Piper and Novice Engineer which works great for ME. (your experience can be different) After the rotation, I prob continue using this draw engine instead of Sprint for this reasons alone: Fal'dorei Strider rotates when next Exp. arrives which makes Sprint lot worse. As for the new cards, the only one I see worth putting (from this ''Shuffle'' support) is Togwaggle's Scheme for it to combo with Myra's Unstable Element without me worrying to draw a Lab Recruiter before playing it. Other ''Shuffle'' cards seem unnecessary and a bit of an overkill to be honest.
Thats might be because of my perception of the game. I really like ''Tempo'' decks and playstyle in general. Thats why I prefer this minion based draw engine. The new stuff are a little bit slow to play imo. (depends on the Meta, if we see a lot of Control decks they might be viable)
PS. Including Bronze Gatekeeper is a great idea, thank you for mentioning it. I will add it to my list.
Well, I would remove the Captain Greenskin, he isn't worth it imo... Replacing two 3-drop slots for a weapon looks like a bit anti-tempo, but Runeforge Haunter maybe make it worth it (using the weapon 3 times gives you a lot of value for sure). I really want to run Shadowstep in this deck due to Prince Keleseth, but we would have way many spells for a tempo deck. Removing Tar Creeper for Shadowstep would make Cobalt Scalebane not worth it, we also can't remove Saronite Chain Gang (with Keleseth gives too much value to be removed). I am not sure if I want to replace Cobalt Scalebane and [card]Tar Creeper/card] with something more aggresive to make the deck more of an Aggro deck instead of a Tempo deck to take full advantage of the Shadow Blade and aggressively statted minions like Southsea Deckhand and Runeforge Haunter. I might consider putting Marsh Drake. I might suggest trying out Spiteful Smith, if you manage to protect your Runeforge Haunter it can be worth it. (I would put it instead of Cobalt Scalebane) As for Odd-Paladin and other decks which use the ''swarm'' strategy, if you don't like losing to them, I suggest you play another class. Fan of Knives won't cut it as so Vanish. You migth put a lot of 1-drops so that you win the early game, but that makes your deck weaker against Warlock and Priest.
P.S. I don't like running Fungalmancer in Rouge Tempo decks for the reason that most of the time you just don't have 2 minions to buff.
Dude, as I Rogue main I can say that, this deck is AWSOME! Such unique idea of not having 1-drops for Keleseth buff is a risky and rewarding experience. Im gonna grind this deck the hell out!
I will try to make a variation which has Tess (value waifu) in it...
Edit: After testing out more, I found out this deck has a lot of high cost minions... Also, I couldn't make use of Fungalmancer once! :P Returning to my old Tempo Rouge.
