No results as I do not pay $$$ to play a childerns' card game xD
You play it, though. But it's a children's card game! That means you're a child by your own well thought out argument.
Yeah, I can believe that.

avg 23 pack per legendary its the best i had for years and i am not jokeing... normal have 30-37 per legendary
Exact same here. And to be honest hearing about people getting more than twice as much is a little more than tilting. It makes you feel downright cheated.

Seems clearly intentionally controversial to me. Avatar and posts number seem to corroborate this idea.
What do you think?
I think it's no time and place for politics

Introducing more options is a positive in my book. It feels like they are testing the water when it comes to cosmetics, what the demand is etc and if it is popular, it might not directly lead to cheaper packs etc but it does enable them more flexibility with things like the battle pass. If they are able to up the gold given in that a bit because the cosmetic side is successful, then it leads to more people playing more of the game and that's the key thing, the more someone plays, the more invested they become and the more likely they are to then buy a skin or some packs.
I don't buy into the idea that they are just purely greedy, obviously they need to make money and they will have to look to increase this, that'd what businesses do. I do believe that they want as many people playing the game as possible and spending money in a manner they are happy with. If they are able to increase revenue and balance this with making the game a little more affordable then I feel they will do so. They have shown they will do so. When I started playing, there were very, very limited options. Over time I feel its become more reasonable to buy into the game without having to commit hundreds of £. I know this for a fact because I don't spend anywhere near that amount and I have a large collection, can make any deck I want in standard, have a ton of dust and gold in reserve and have started branching out into wild. In my personal experience, the game is more affordable than it was 2 years ago.

I’m a shaman fanatic and during Rastakhan Rumble i was unemployed So I couldn’t afford King Rastakhan hero portrait that came with the bundle...
Now i have a job and I’m excited about the possibility of him making it again into the shop! Would prefer if they sell them in gold tho, but ultimately i would pay money if necessary

I quit HS right after the Deep Sea expansion (I forgot it's name). I just lost interest due to the meta being worse and worse each time. I took a moderate break now, I saw a new class come out and all. Is the game worth comming back to?

Removing the "Shadow" spell tag will be enough I think, at least then you have to have a full board to OTK someone giving the opponent a bit more time

It says that because you get him in diamond when you purchase the Tavern Pass. They do that so the people who get him from opening the preorers early dont get screwed over.

Tbh I got rekt this year. I've gotten about 15ish legendaries from the 60 pack preorders from FITB and UIS, this one was so bad, just got 4 out of 63 packs. I didn't get any of of the good legendary cards. I got about 3k gold saved up as well so my hope is that i'll manage to get lucky and at least fish out 5 more legendaries but the situation looks dire........
What are your results?

Damn I opened 60 packs and got only 3 legendaries :( . Tho the Warlock and Hunter quest are quite nice, also got that DH Jace guy so i'll probs be dusting that later on

Hi,
I wanted to open this thread to see people's opinion about the way blizzard is putting Hero Portraits for sale, even expansion pre-orders ( Mecha Jarraxus ). Personally I love it, I'm a cosmetic collector myself and I think this would be a better way to monetize the game instead of charging so much for card packs. I really hope if this works out that blizz will make this the primary monitization for the game and make the game more accessible to new players.
I saw a lot of people rant about how they don't want the EXCLUSIVE skins to be for sale, but IMHO it shows no game accomplishment what so ever, except that you spent $ on the game a long time ago. So i'm interested in peoples oppinion about this, and any comments on how blizz could make the core game ( Cards, Battlegroud perks and so on ) cheaper. I personally hope for a mechanic that allows to trade Legendaries 1:1 instead of having to dust 4 of them to craft 1 that you need.

From the current standard format: Tickatus , he just feels righ to play. Even without the corrupt a fat 6 mana 8/8 is sometimes good enough on its own if you need board pressure, even if he burns 5 of your cards sometimes the lethal setup is just worth it.
Also Bearshark for no real reason I just like that card. And all 4 old gods from the Madness expansion, they all are fun to play for me.
Legacy/Wild cards: Probably the one which I loved the most is Leeroy Jenkins , the card flavour was just right plus it was a pretty good card also.
Another one I have fond memories of is The Lich King it just felt too cool to play him, I hope they bring him back one day.

Just had a soul DH do 26 dmg in 1 turn to me ( with his face ), just as I'm 1 win away from my promo from gold to plat. Feels bad man

I don't really agree with you. As a kid I played a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh. The only way you could get cards is by buying them in those packs, where you'd get a set amount of random cards. That is the reason why I think card packs in HS are fine, because card games have always been monetized that way - You buy a pack and get random cards. True that HS isn't a physical card game and you TECHNICLY don't own those cards, but at least they offer full dust refund for the cards you have after a nerf, plus they added duplicate protection, which you don't have in conventional card games. It would be pretty neat to have a trading feature at least for legendary cards where you can trade it in for another legendary either via direct trade with other players or just trade it in the store, it would make the game a lot more player friendly.
To be fair Blizz is a little bit greedy like damn 3€ a pack that could use some work, but as far as I think everything that's like 1€ a pack is a pretty good deal for me. People can do whatever they want with their money, personally I think the mega bundle or even the small bundle is a nice deal if you play HS. Blizz is a company after all, they didn't make HS because its fun for them to program it, they made it to make money. You can't ask them to do a miracle and give everything out for free, they put a lot of work into this. The pack system is fine, they give f2p players also a somewhat decent amount of free resources so they can stay competitive with at least 1 viable deck, you wont get to play with all the cards but for a f2p experience what more can you ask for, if you want more cards you gotta pay up.
