Hands down, my favorites. Both are lorewise and seem pretty balanced. Although I love Nathanos concept (well, kinda obvious in my case), Azshara has a fresh effect and great synergy for any class to build deathrattle decks.
Explain to me how you get 12 damage from C'Thun's effect from your card.
It would first trigger when you play the spell, then when you play the actual C'thun. But I gave it some thought and there's a lot of over complicated interactions, although the text itself was simplistic.
Yeah the fact that you get both the old card *card* and its effect was not clear at all since the wording is similar to Free From Amber.
I like this idea but not sure if you should be putting the discover effect on such a cheap minion when Priest has Seance. Is there any way to skip the minion entirely?
Just had a great ideia. Xal'atath's effect replacing the "Whispers from the Void" text. Ooof, this is gonna be my submission.

I think I'll go for this one (really sorry for not posting more than one idea at once):
This is card is rather wonky since C'Thun's effect is basically a dud (9 mana cinderstorm + 1 damage), while Y'shaarj's isn't a battlecry. And if you're building a deck to hope and try to get N'Zoth or Yogg, what happens when you don't get it? 9 mana whiff? Oof.
The card trigger the effect independently of the prompt text. In my concept, Yshaarj would trigger at least once, that's why it says "effect" (in a general way). About not getting what you expect, we know every card has its risks, but this is definitely a strong card, even with C'thun (12 dmg +6/6 body).
Recycling my first attempt from the last competition. Before anyone asks: Therazane ALSO generates a Molten Giant (which is in the HoF).
Cool idea, but this seems very powerful. You play Therazane late into a match, which will mean that 3 of the 4 Giants probably have met their conditions to be decreased to like 3 or 4 mana. That means a 6/6 on turn 10, and 24/24 (atleast) on turn 11. Pretty strong stuff.
Thanks for the feedback! Look it up again. I've made a change that would be more balanced. (Reason for the stats: Ragnaros is an 8/8 (16) that deals 8 dmg randomly. Therazane is a 6/10 (16) that generates 8 damage.
Don't get discoureged for doing something funny or entertaining. We all know that the web is paved with edgy kids who didn't/doesn't get the proper attention from their parents.
Gotta tell you, I'm a seasoned rogue player and I'm very sad on the current situation of the class. It's one of the lamest classes in the current meta, and I'm a rogue lover since I started playing this game in beta. I'm avoiding playing with rogue at the moment because It's not fun when all other classes are stronger and can outvalue you EASILY. Rogue is the marginal class atm and turns out it's going to take some time until it stands a chance against Hunters, Warriors, Shamans and Priests. I don't mean they should nerf other classes (I actually think they're pretty balanced overall), but buff rogues (since Blizzard simply BUTCHERED the class in the last nerfs).
Look the year doesnt dictate the cards that will get printed but more like the themes, except year of the Kraken which was a crapshoot in the dark due to it being the first standard year, for the other years let's go over them Year of the mammoth: represented Big prehistoric things (un'goro) cold(frozen throne), and MASSIVE dungeons (kobolds and catacombs) because mammoths are massive, prehistoric and live in the cold, and only one mammoth card got printed during this year.
Year of the Raven: represented haunting places where ravens tend hang out (witchwood), Intelligence since Ravens are regarded as the smartest avians by actual scientific communities (Boomsday project), and the Spiritual side that the Ravens are usually associated with with the Champions of Rastakhan rumble summoning the power of their animal based Loas, and only one Raven card got printed over this year, two if you count Ravencaller. because Ravens are haunting, intelligent and often associated with magic and spirituality
Year of the Dragon: so far is represented by an unsurmountable harsh challenge (Draconian) with the leagues of shadows rising during rise of shadows, and the heroes that take on those challenges with the Saviours of Uldum, because Dragons usually represent a massive obstacle on a hero's journey and well a Hero's journey needs one or more heroes.
Well, someone has done his literature homework pretty well. If I were your teacher, you'd have already got an A.

Came up with another idea besides Therazane (I'm still deciding which one I'll submit):

You seem like an angry guy. You must be funny at parties.

For me, it's bye bye Rogue for some time.

Glad you like it. Thanks for trying the deck and for the visibility. Nice channel.

Of all three, Pharaoh imp is my favorite. Perfect warlock flavour.
