Why do I need to craft whizbang ? 

Hello , I've been playing hearthstone for a few months now . And I've saved quite a bit of golds wondering which packs should I get . I know that for every 10 packs on an expansion I can get a legendary , and I've opened every 10 packs for every expansion . But what I doesn't know is that , which pack should I get now ? Should I continue getting the new rise of shadows pack or just get the classic pack all the way until the next new expansion comes out ?

I was wondering is it worth for me to spend 700 gold for the chapter :The Parlor in “One Night In Karazhan” and pass all those 3 battles to get the legendary for use/disenchant (Recommend) ? 

And also , if I lose do I have to spend another 700 gold to restart ? Or is it just a one time purchase for each chapter ?

Hello , I'm wondering about the cards that are rotating out of the game on April . Are those cards going to turn into dust automatically ? Or do I need to disenchant it before April myself ? And where can I find the list of cards that are going to be rotated out ? Any advises that you guys can give me on should I save up my gold and wait for the new expansion or its OK to spend it on classic packs ? Lastly , the cards that will be moved into the hall of fame , are they still able to use or should I disenchant it ? 

Is there any videos or guide on the internet that answer all my questions ? Sorry , I'm just a newb . Please guide me senpai :3
