It's not unique at all and nothing unfair or to worry about.
Simply because it doesn't seem to break the meta. It is just a good option for a very solid deck.
See also Prophet Velen + 2x Mind Blast. It is pretty much the same thing.

I'd also love Hunter, but i find it is poorly implemented in the game, flavourwise. It is little more than a crazed Beastmaster, the rest is so overlooked upon...

Blizzard promoting a deck with only 8 minions. Fucking lmao. I still remember when Blizzard refused to give rogue new spells in adventures because they ran too many spells and too few minions. Funny how things change.
