I didn't say it's exclusive to Rogue, I'm saying it's mostly associated with with it as more than half of these cards are Rogue cards. It's like Beasts and Hunter, all classes have them but they're still a Hunter thing.
A tribe requires synergy and distinct features. Otherwise, why would it even exist?
The kobolds don't have that. They have no synergy with each other, and they shouldn't have synergy with each other because we already have too many tribes.

Now that's a cool secret.
You can choose to play a weak minion into it and take hero damage, or you can suicide your strong minion to protect your face. I love it.
