Barnes is considered a good card. What happens when Barnes gets nerfed? Something not so good takes its place. Then we have a new good card. You want that nerfed too? Seriously, this is a card game. Some RNG is allowed, and it is okay to have good or bad cards, just like there are probably good or bad weapons in WoW (pre Legion). Seriously though stop crying because something is good, post when something is oppressive and dominating multiple archetypes/classes.
Nah, they got this all wrong. He isn't in charge now. Just simply make him require 2 pirates in one turn. The problem is the devastating turn one, if you pull patches then or with a buffed Captain on turn 3, it's a problem. 'If you summon 2 pirates this turn, summon this minion from your deck' something like that. There were other ways to nerf this, now there is absolutely no flavour with this card. And also, why now? Patches has been such a powerful card right from the off and should probably have been changed way sooner.
I don't think it's fair because Priest has never been a strong choice, in fact was probably the class with the fewest appearances before ICC. Now, one expansion and a quarter later it's been destroyed. There is no substitute for this nerf, Raza Priest has just lost its win condition and that is huge. Now Priest can go back to being almost unplayable, as it will have done anyway in a couple of months. The only place this nerf is valid is in the 'wild' format, which is absolutely fine but it has come a little bit early imo. The DK will be garbage come the rotation anyway.
This is pretty important, how can you tell anything at the moment. We've seen what, 4 legendary weapons and 1 class legendary? As well as not even 50% in the set. Whatever the best class is, it'll probably utilise one of Jades, Patches or Bonemare.
Do not think this will see any play, it's bad for similar reasons that Skelemancer is bad. You can't delay that long before maybe getting something sweet. Bonemare is good because it directly impacts the board and half of it has charge. However this doesn't.
Why would you ever play this card and not regular Betrayal? They cost the same. You get no benefit whatsoever from this. Regular betrayal is arguably better too.
This card is obviously insane however it depends how dragon priest is going to look. This card would have to go into a control version of dragon priest. The current best list in wild is very much an aggressive deck and you don't want to be doing stuff like this. Isn't the current dragon priest about building a board, buffing it and blowing them out with the combo? This card is insane in the right deck, but I think there may need a couple more nuts dragons.
Pretty useful in control vs control since you can draw 2 and cycle to your UI and your ramp and pretty useful against aggro since you can gain a load of health. Is a slight buff to Spreading Plague too since you spend turn 4 cycling/gaining armour and not killing a threat or building a board.
Just awful really, you're losing a 2/5 from Quartermaster plus there is no Muster For Battle anymore. The 5 mana for 5 1/1s exists yes but are you really going to play that combo for 10 mana??

Well, we're supposed to be professional.

'fewer legendaries', not 'less'

Ahh, the inevitable posts that appear after this where everyone wants every single card that has ever been considered good rotated.

This minion does not have divine shield. Corpsetaker reads 'Gain taunt if your deck has a taunt minion'. This isn't a taunt minion.

A fine acquisition to my quest hunter.
