if nothing in this picture is wrong to you, you're an asshole.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. They're an aggro player that is trying to kill you and has you down low by turn 3, but currently have almost no board.

OT, a salt story from yesterday. Playing my Spectral Pillager Rogue and lose against a priest that discovered Spellbender to soak the Shadow Strike on my own Spectral Pillager so that I ended up not being able to get lethal. Nothing like a good clown fiesta.

aggro netdeck mage in casual with the perfect opening, as they do.  ive been playing for nearly three hours this morning, ive faced maybe a single non netdeck in casual.

casual is broken, and if you dont agree, sorry but you are straight up wrong.  you're entitled to your wrong opinion, but you are wrong.

You do realise that there is an hidden MMR in casual ? So the more you win, the more likely you are to face opponents with meta decks since they're obviously going to win much more games than those who don't ?

Even if it's casual, people still want to win.

you do realize that even after losing every game for 3 hours im still queueing into netdecks?  "casual has a hidden MMR" is complete bullshit.

Your MMR is just too high sir. I don't think you've really been losing every single game for 3 hours!!

If you really want to play against noobs, just concede 50 times and trust me, your competition will be reduced to nothing.

As for my salty comment of the post; I HATE CONTROL WARRIOR. That shit is so ResidentSleeper

posted a message on Did I misplay ?

I'll give you the list of your mistakes.

    1. First, your mulligan was terrible. No point in keeping sylvanas and sneeds. That's the first mistake.

    2. Coining out the 3/1 is a bad play, it just dies to ping and you have nothing to play on turn 2.

    3. Turn 7, you play preparation when you have 0 mana left and 0 spell in your hand. That's absolutely wasted. It would have been possible for your opponent to run ice block and maybe spell bender (even if unlikely) meaning that you'd have wasted that prep and also by playing it you just allow him to play another counterspell if he ever draws one.

In the end, you made a few mistakes, not much required a lot of thinking though.

And that game wasn't really a matter of luck.. you are playing Big Rogue (first time I see that) which is obviously a very slow deck that's very weak to aggro and you queue'd up against tempo mage (which is an aggro deck) so obviously you started the game unfavored, so your loss isn't about being lucky or not.

Also you should cut Deranged Doctor, seems like a shit card.

Feel free to post any replay you want me to analyse.

    casual hunterstone is completely fine.

I see 4 legendaries in your hand, in casual.

and?  im playing a homebrew deck.

a lot of people would view that as p2w in casual

just because a deck is expensive doesn't mean it's a netdeck or p2w.

I know it doesn't mean it's netdeck nor does it necessarily mean that the deck is good, just saying that you are complaining about his hunter deck in casual but you are playing in ''casual'' with a deck that has many legendaries, at least 4+, some players may feel anger towards you thinking you are a ''p2w'' guy with a big collection playing in casual instead of ranked. That hunter probably has more rights to be angry at you than you are with him :P

That is ridiculous. If you have a big collection, you can't use it, as not offend f2p players? Who made that rule?

why the fuck are you taking everything I said out of context ? I clearly don't care about p2w in casual or any crap like that, but he complained about his opponent's deck when he was just using regular hunter cards (classic card back and not even golden houndmaster, making me think he is a new player) so I posted his opponent has more rights to be angry towards him for using such an expensive deck in casual (note that I personally don't give a fuck)

I'm not taking anything out of context. His opponent has no "right" to be angry at someone using his collection in casual. Just sayin'.

Guys... this thread is for SALT. There are hundreds of threads on this forum for discussion, and pretty much every topic that shows up here is covered somewhere.

Let the other posters dump their salt here without being attacked. Also, if there is a non-salt post, don't respond to it! There are 2 needed for a fight...

    Thank you!

    -SlydE

Fair enough, I wasn't intending to ''attack'' Kaladin, my apologies if it seemed that way.

casual is totally fine guys, this is just the 2nd tempo mage in 3 games, that's okay though because im a pay to win piece of shit as evidenced by the two legendaries in my hand so i actually deserve this and i have no right to post in the salt thread.

if you want some real casual games, your best bet is to play at low ranks in wild

i'd rather not face psychmelon star aligner bullshit.

don't think you'll see any between 20-15. you can just enjoy your decks

if you are already high rank then rip

    Quote from Rantber >>

Okay thanks for the input!! I have two of the legendaries already which is nice, but I think I'm going to wait to see if the quest gets nerfed again before crafting.

Good call, especially since a lot of people are whining and think the deck is currently too strong and deserves a 3rd nerf. Mostly because control decks tend to be powerless against the quest. Blizzard may or may not act, who knows.

So I really like how the quest rogue plays from what I've seen, and it seems to perform well, but is it worth the craft even if it's rotating out next year?

You need to craft 4 legendaries (assuming you don't already have them) Sonya, the Quest, Valeera and Zola.. which is pretty expensive for most players and keep in mind that if you do ending up crafting everything, there is a good possibility that the quest gets nerfed again, most of those legendaries will lose a LOT of value because they are especially good IN quest rogue.

Also keep in mind that Quest Rogue gets completely destroyed by any sort of aggro deck and as you said, it's rotating pretty soon.

If after all this you still want to craft the deck then go ahead, nobody is stopping you. That is still a fun deck to play with (annoying af to play against though)

I cheered on day 1 and still haven't received any extra packs.

Thats because the Community Goal hasn't been reached yet, but you should see if its ''unlocked'' or asks you to donate 1.300 bits.

Pretty sure on day 2 they were at 7m bits and the goal was 8m.. no way it hasn't reached that 4 days later

I was referring to 2nd Community Goal.....

so why did you quote me when I was clearly referring to the first goal since I said I didn't receive any extra packs
