Hearthpwn

I remembered being sad when the Heroes of the Storm curse website shut down.  I never imagined that Hearthpwn would be next.  I'm quite sad.

I have Khadgar already but I'm jealous of the HOTS rewards.  3 lootboxes and Medivh is a pretty good HOTS promo.

I have about four of those legendaries and 100 dust.  Not to mention all the new KOTFT epics and rares.  RIP

Personally I'd rather play Heroes of the Storm than play Hearthstone when I have the time.  I don't need a HS hero or Overwatch skin to motivate me.

My guess is: kids. There is a decent amount of older players, who have better things to do than taunting a random person on the internet... but kids, they're just stupid, it's only natural.

Very valid point.  Card advantage is everything.  Unless the cards are trash and stay in your hand.  Than that can be pretty annoying.

Let's take a look at what our hits might be in standard:

* Druid - Biology Project, Claw, Cyrstal Power, Floop's Glorious Goop, Savagery, Worthy Expedition, Secure the Deck
* Hunter - Arcane Shot, Bestial Wrath, Rapid Fire, Secret Plan, The Beast Within, Tracking, Toxic Reinforcements, Clear the Way
* Mage - Arcane Missiles, Magic Trick, Mirror Image, Ray of Frost, Shooting Star, Tome of Intellect, Arcane Breath, Learn Draconic
* Paladin - any secret, Blessing of Might, Blessing of Wisdom, Crystology, Desperate Measures, Hand of Protection, Humility, Sand Breath
* Priest - Cloning Device, Embalming Ritual, Inner Fire, Mind Vision, Power World: Shield, Radiance
* Rogue - Daring Escape, Deadly Poison, Pilfer, Plague of Madness, Sinister Strike, Togwaggle's Scheme, Dragon's Hoard, Praise Galakrond
* Shaman - Blazing Invocation, Earth Shock, Evolve, Forked Lightning, Frost Shock, Lightning Bolt, Totemic Smash, Voltaic Burst

So make of all that what you will. At a cursory glance, most of the priest cards are ok if you're playing a midrange or control sort of game, and the shaman spells are likely to find some use. Most of the warrior spells are actually pretty good - Charge is clearly the worst one, and it isn't even *that* bad as you're giving a minion pseudo-rush for only 1 mana. Overall, it's a 3/5 for 5 that is likely to give you a couple of weak cards - so while it does generate value and card advantage, it's weak card advantage. I think it'll be a decent arena card, but won't be seen in constructed unless some sort of control warrior deck with some dragon focus is a thing.

Is not that a miss fit if you know this hammer is one of rexxars basic skills in warcraft 3 campaing

+ like someone already said , gryph riders use storm hammers, and hunter is getting gryphs this expansion

I think people get caught up in competitive HS way too often and forget that soem cards can exist that maybe aren't tier 1 but are fun to play around with. They can't release over 100 competitively viable cards and even if this isn't in a top deck it still looks like it ca provide some funny moments and it may end up helping to keep an OTK deck in check a bit.

A menacing creature with no requirements, but with a punishing drawback.

He will cancel card draws cause by any effect (including Ysera), not just your turn's card.
He will not stop fatigue.

Edit: changed name from Zombie Giant to Zombie Titan, since Giants in hearthstone are a specific cycle.

1. you can be angry but try to keep tone somewhat civil. The one or other f-bomb doesn't hurt though.

2. Be angry at everything BUT other members. This works when this is a place where you don't judge other people.

3. keep the forum rules in mind, no names and stuff.

So RNG screwed you over? You faced the fifth 100 hp warrior with you favorite deck that's weak against warrior? Undertaker is worse than cancer? Leave the rationality behind you, let the rage flow through you and when you cooled down go back to the rest of the forum or game being relaxed again.

So I'll start with getting my tinfoil had out and hate against my internet provider or the illuminati or anything because god damn! Control Paladin) vs Mage (no clue what kind, secrets, archmage, healbot, freezing but no aoe, double flamestrike). 28 god damn rounds. 28!! back and forth HP bounces up and down and of course one of the MVPs was Cairne which he got through unstable portal. Screw that... Stayed on the board for ages. But anyway, I remove everything, didn't draw in my weapons or muster the whole game but slowly I get it and than the turn, Muster, Hero Power, Quatermaster. One quatermaster in hand. He had no flamestrikes left he was dead, probably no chance of anything. I wonder why he takes so long. Connection loss. After all this brutal grinding, connection gone.

My start today was bad but I started to getting back in this flow, than this game and I was smelling, tasting victory, a huge moral boost and than my ISP, the illuminati, or some divine power thinks it's time to fuck with my internet. Heck he might even DDOS me, who knows!

I really, really want that free Medivh. I know his winrate is low because he needs teammates who actually have a brain, but he looks super fun.
