Crab Rider - I would make it "can't attack heroes" but blizzard will make it a 1/3 probably
Incanter's Flow - 4 mana (this card is also destroying wild btw)
Refreshing Spring Water - refresh 1 mana
Sword of the Fallen - 4 mana 1/3
and since they said there are 2 neutral cards, it will probably be either
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder or Taelan Fordring (maybe not op but sees play in too many decks)
(I like the new alex tho, hope they wont nerf it, but they probably will since they hate neutral burst damage cards)

Hmmmm buffs are intriguing to say the least. Shaman needs the most support with both elemental shaman and Murloc shaman failing to find any success. Followed by Druid which only has token and demon Hunter which only has the life steal otk.
Maybe we’ll see buffs to shaman’s elementals and murlocs, buffs for druid’s taunt and/or menagerie synergies and buffs for Deathrattle Demon Hunter.

Hysteria needs to be nerfed. Hysteria is grossly imbalanced for its cost. Boards should not be able to be cleared for 3 mana, and it basically rewards you for doing nothing while your opponent plays minions. Either 4 mana or the targeted minion can only attack things once each.
Secret Passage should swap your entire hand back afterwards, so it has actual downside to use.

I don't understand how Crabrider was allowed to be released in the first place. It's very very clearly broken.

We all know that 1 of the neutral nerfs is Crabrider, no doubt about that, the card is simply too good. I'm only hoping that the other one is not Alex. It's good that there is a neutral finisher, the card is also very versatile as it can be aimed to minions and your face. It would also be the last nail in the coffin for Rogue. The class is struggling a bit after the Pen Flinger and Jandice nerfs (which were needed for sure) but then also killing their burst potential would just take the class out of dicussion.

The game is fairly balanced, but I still have some nerf suggestions... I'll just say that I mostly play midrange/control and hate priest and OTK DH atm. There are nerfs to almost every class, maybe hunter would need some more:
- Warsong Wrangler - give all copies +1/+1
- Piercing Shot - can't target friendly minions
- Il'Gynoth - deal damage to enemy hero equal to health restored through lifesteal (can't damage when full HP, this change kills the OTK deck but enables its inclusion on midrange/control decks, similar to E.T.C.)
- Illidari Inquisitor - 7/8
- Incanter's Flow - reduce the cost of arcane spells in your deck by 1. Add a random arcane spell to your hand
- Arid Stormer - 2/4
- Lillypad Lurker - 4/6 (this card didn't really need to be buffed)
- Renew - 2-mana
- Raise Dead - 1-mana (would replace Renew in Wandmaker, less healing and more minion generation)
- Apotheosis - +1/+3 (too strong with Samuro)
- Tickatus - destroy 4 cards
- Venomous scorpid - 4-mana 1/4
- Clown - corrupted form summons 4 copies of it instead of 6
- N'Zoth - 10-mana (old gods must cost 10!)

I'd nerf Crabrider (winfury only for a turn), Tickatus (burn 4 cards), Conviction (+2 attack) and Refreshing Springwater (5 mana or refresh 1 mana crystal), I'd rework the very highroll-y cards (Incanter's Flow and Mankrik) since that's just bad card design. On a second moment, maybe Il'Gynoth, Illidari Inquisitor, Octobot or Clown. As for buffs I'm gonna guess all 5 caravans, Death Speaker Blackthorn, Living Seed, Earth Revenant, Rancor and some Year of the Phoenix card from an unused archetype (Control DH? Deathrattle Hunter? Big Warrior/Paladin/DH?).

I think it should be seen as problematic as Vicious Fledgling. The continuous effect make it too much strong IMO. I saw a (very upvoted) message on reddit suggesting changing to: 1/4 rush, battlecry: gain windfury this turn. And I think would be the best choice right now.
