I dont think its gonna be problematic. Even if Im wrong about this, the new questline will have a hard counter: handbuff pally. Why? Because it has a lot of divine shield minions. Shooting a damaging spell into a divine shield will not progress the hunter questline.
The questline doesn't require you to damage minions explicitly. You point Arcane Shot to face and complete one step. Then you push your hero power that now costs 0 every turn.
So you can play T1: Quest, T2: Arcane Shot x2, T3: Quickshot, T4: Coin + Tavish and then play Raza priest but as hunter.
I know that you dont need to cast the damaging spells on minion, but some of them can only target minions.
Your example curve is incorrect, you have only played 3 damaging spells instead of 6.
Ah, true! I read it as "deal 2 damage with spells" instead of 2 damaging spells. That makes it a bit harder.

I think what Aegis posted further up is certainly a point to consider: you might not even aim to complete the quest but abuse the reductions in between for burst or combo turns.
While it would add an RNG element, it could be quite consistent overall. I mean a single soul shard would count for two draws. It would allow you to hold card draw and then combo after you drew one or two at the beginning of your turn instead of requiring the full draw.
I guess you could read it like that, but it would go against the ogre mechanics we have seen so far. They are 50% bad and 50% good - or 50% good and 50% bad if you are an optimistic ogre.
Turn 9. I'm milled and in fatigue with literally no way to win. I concede and do not get credit.
Because the conditions for counting as a played game are those that user-100013841 stated: 15 or less hp or turn 10. Turn 9 is obviously not turn 10 and if you are in fatigue, it doesn't say whether you are below half health.
And, to clarify, that was said in response to somebody saying "You do get credit for concedes, just not on Turn 3 or 4". It's a game that was basically fully played out and wasn't viewed enough of a game, which tells me that the thresholds are set a bit too tight. Very different situation to a T3 concede.
Yes, under your conditions the game was over and played out as you had no cards left to draw, but T9 isn't even full mana and the conditions are set for all games.
I mean you have to set the condition to some values and if it were T9, then the next guy would concede on T8 and claim the game to be over because he faced a deck that had lethal on board so he would have lost anyway.
But at least now you know what to look for the next time.
So you think players would stop participating in PvP if PvE was also allowed for the majority of quests?
I think the majority would as it is faster to knock out your daily quest versus the innkeeper's crappy practice decks. With the current setup those players have to spend some games in any playmode.

It has to be one hour in the future and double check the date! It often defaults to four, five days in the future.
It will then open up in Hearthstone when the time comes. Go through the setup, then head back out to the main menu and open packs.

When it goes live on the 3rd.

The deathrattle reads: "if seven boars died, ...". It is the same as Feugen and Stalagg.

Yes.

They don’t spawn but go into your deck. So to get a full board, you need to draw them all without a card in between.

It is immediate in the sense that your opponent can't counter it, but neither the stats nor the effect are anything super useful.

We knew that a special quest was coming for Noz-day and while it feels bad to lose out on XP, you would have lost out anyway (a bit less, but still).
