Because then you have 2 golden ones instead of 2 normal for free... ?
That still doesn't make "You own them already but not golden? Craft both legendaries , and you will get in total 3200 Dust for free by sharding them after the new expansion has been released" a true statement
Are you for real dude? You will be getting back full dust refund for the Classic cards moved to Wild and keep the cards for Wild. If you mean the 3 expansions per year (instead of getting the adventure in the middle) then you may have a small point there, but they are promising a lot of launch rewards such as daily login rewards. Stop complaining when you don't even know what exactly they have planned for us.
If you own them already don't craft the golden ones just to dust them after. Its the same as doing nothing. You get 1600 each for the normal ones. 3200 profit. So why spend 6400 dust now to get the same result?
If you already own Rag and Sylvanas, crafting the golden just to dust them after is the exact same as not crafting the goldens and just keeping the regulars.
Your math is correct that you would get 3200 dust in profit - but if you already own Rag and Sylvanas you'll get that anyway for getting 1600 dust for each when the rotation hits. 3200 in profit lol
I was excited about Standard back when they announced it, but this makes me annoyed. Some of us have been investing our f2p gold/dust into Classic cards that are always good subs for other cards that we will be missing every expansion since they'll always be there to bail us out - like Sylvanas Windrunner, Ragnaros the Firelord, and Bloodmage Thalnos - if cards like those rotate (which is not what Blizzard said regarding Classic cards) that made all of that investment a waste of time, at least when it comes to Standard play.
I opened Krul yesterday so I thought I'd give this a go.
In my initial 9 games I only lost twice, both times to Jade Druid. I only played Krul once which was also against another Jade Druid and while it didn't swing the game in my favor, it sealed the deal. The Mountain Giant was the mvp of that one.
I am already having tons more fun with it than any of the other archetypes I've tried out this expansion, that's for sure! I've missed demonlock.

Doing dailies without missing them is enough to compete as f2p lol

So many people making this mistake.

No. Do nothing and you get 1600 for your current Rag. 1600 > 400

Only worth it if you don't have them already. If you do you get that anyway

How this expansion will go:

Heaven forbid someone try to make a fun deck and post it here. No need to trash on a casual deck / different approach if you don't like it.
Good on you, guy
