I'm a bit worried about using Spare Parts given that it's an old mehcanic. I've used the GvG watermark, but not sure that it'll get attention (given that it's the old mechanic that it is). I, personally, like the flavor though.
I believe that these cards are supposed to be able to be incorporated in Standard. Never have I seen a wild card made in a Design Competition.
This friendly (but reckless) goblin gives Mechs rides all the time, sharing the +3 attack and Rush of the speedy Zoomer with them at no charge. :)
This card has lots of potential in any deck that contains Mechs, since it is an extremely versatile clear. With 3 Attack and Rush, this card on its own can do some nice removal, and it gives a Mech +3 attack and Rush as well (until it leaves the battlefield). Nice addition to Odd Warrior.
Edit: And yes, you can fit a
Mecha'thun
on the Zoomer; it's not problematic at all. <code>ಠ‿ಠ</code>

Lol then to be able to NOT Magnetize a mech to another minion, you'd have to play Magnetic mechs on the right side of your board all the time.

The idea is that a Mech gets in the Zoomer with the goblin and it gets +2 attack and Rush, until the Zoomer blows up, of course.
