I feel indifferent. I guess it won't impact the meta much. The nerfs didn't weaken the decks by much. The nerfs made other decks a bit stronger, but lets see. Maybe (hopefully) OTK Shaman can finally keep up with the slightly slowed down Warlock and Demon Hunter OTK decks.

You can make competitive decks with all the free cards you get in MtG Arena (unlike Heartstone imo).

I don't wanna bash on Heartstone, but i feel MtG Arena is the better online card game (in more than one way). 

You find it expansive? @lordoftheclaps.

I feel you get a lot more cards for your money. I also feel you get more from the their 'Rewards Track'.

Daily quests don't need you to win games, but just simpley destroy x amount of creatures or play x cards of y color). For the weekly quest you do need to win 15 games however.

You get a good amount of starter decks as a new player.

Also when Wizards bans a card you get a full refund for each copy you have plus you get to keep the cards.

Also the have good daily offers (up to 95% off!). When does Blizzard ever give a 50% (or more) discount?

I only preorder once when a new block comes out.

With the gold i saved from playing i can often buy another 40+ packs when a new block comes out .

Not to mention 'the Vault'.

Go to MtG Arena.

I still play Hearthstone to be fair though.

To answer your question. Depends if you wanna play Wild or Standard. If you wanna plat Standard i would stay away from the Adventures (thus buy packs from the latest expansion(s)).

Before the nerf i didn't really need to play Kurtrus to win / to get enough cards discounted (i didn't even mind if Kurtrus got 'burned' ). 

After the nerf you might actually need to play Kurtrus from time to time. Might see Glide run in the deck after the nerf to 'reset' your hand.

Quest Rogue isn't working for me :( .

Tried Windfury Stealth Rogue instead and that IS working for me :D .

If had i had to pick one probably Battle For Middle Earth 2 (with the expansion Rise of the Witch King).

I agree with most what is said here. Imo Shaman will stay worst class / bottom tier. Paladin is a bit toned down (which is good imo). Current top tier decks won’t change tho is my guess.

Imo this won’t change much for Shaman.

I wish specialist was a gamemode in Hearthstone...

Imo another problem is that some classes can heal so much / get so much armor. Some Shaman decks can deal loads of damage (weapon or spell Shaman), but simply get outhealed...

Seeing the same 4 classes and the same 4 decks all the time. In the past some top tier classes had more than one deck. To me this is the most boring meta ever. I hate the boring meta more than some of the OP cards.

Also there is NO place where i can play meme decks / people experiment. I wish there where more formats (like pauper, block peasant or a weekly fomat where certain cards aren't allowed).

 Class identity? Why do Warlock, Paladin, Demon Hunter get to heal? Why does Priest get to play (neutral) Beasts? Why does Warlock have 'burn' cards (Darkbomb i.e.). Why did Rogue also get secrets? I can go on like this...

It could be a neutral Legenday card (so you can only have one). The cost can be higher. Currently Hearthstone got ZERO counterplay! Currently hand disruption is ony available to Warlock. So you are forced to play Warlock if you do want hand disruption. 

In MtG you also have cards which say 'name a card', but i doubt that is possible in Heartstone.

In my opion Hearthstone needs cheap neutral hand disruption cards / minions like discard in MtG. Now only Warlock got hand disruption.

In example; 2 mana - Battlecry: Look at opponents hand. Choose one card. Remove it from opponents hand.

This way there is some counterplay (to 'broken' decks). This way you can remove (i.e.) Deck of Lunacy or a C'Thun card from hand. Sometimes you hit, sometimes you miss, but at least there is some form of counterplay this way. It's up to opponent when to play (i.e.) a C'Thun card. Be greedy and risk the card being removed or be rewarded.
