Discounting C'thun with Sonya is a terrible strategy. You can't play both in the same turn, and even if you'd need some way to kill C'thun on top of it. And if you try to leave it up on board for next turn, it WILL die.
Battlecry, I highly doubt they'd do something like fill your board with mechs that died - simply too powerful for 7 mana. Maybe "Battlecry: Recruit Mechs until your side of battlefield is full".
For Hero Power, not enough mechs in standard to build a mech. Maybe if it was a Kazakus kind of thing, where you get to choose from few keywords?
If you're dropping Keleseth in new version, try Vicious Scalehide. I've been running it in Even Paladin and it just wins games, I'm sure it'll do ridiculously well with Dire Frenzy.
Have you tried Dark Conviction? I've been running 2 in my deck and they've been MVPs. Make your dude into 3/3 on turn 2, or even use it on a beefy enemy taunt for easier removal.
I was considering including Stitched Tracker too, but right now I feel like I might cut him in the end.
Before you finish the quest, you can use it to get a 1-drop of choice, which can help. But on the other hand you pay 3 extra mana, so you could just run more 1-drops instead.
Once you finish the quest, the amount of viable picks is much smaller. We get our deck flooded with Broodlings, so in most cases we can discover only 2 other minions. Another copy of Queen Carnassa might sound fun, but do you really need a 5th one? Prince Keleseth is potentially strong, but it's a dead card until you draw the original, because he's a 2-cost card in your deck. A Houndmaster Shaw or Tundra Rhino can be pretty strong. Toxmonger or Cult Master/Starving Buzzard also can help. But on top of that, you need to remember you can discover your other 1-drops or Tol'vir Warden.
All in all, I believe the discover pool from Tracker will be too polluted to viably pull something useful. Although I'd like to see it in practice, as by the time you finish the quest, most minions might be already gone from your deck, leaving only some good picks.

Pyromancer without Sound the Bells!? Seems like wasted potential.

Lost Spirits I'd say? My list is a bit different so that's the closest in function.

A new card was revealed, Baleful Banker.
Looks pretty good for this deck.I was afraid of Carnessa being removed before you can Dire Frenzy her, but now you can use her + Banker on 7.And I forgot it's 2 mana, so it messes with Keleseth. Could be great in non-Keleseth versions though.

Looks really cool, definitely gonna try similar list. One question though, did you consider running Stitched Tracker?
