Apothecary putress: what does it have to do with mage? (both the guy and the effect, as flavor unfriendly as Flame Leviathan)
mage as a whole: dealing damage to your own hero/minions suits more warlock, in my opinion
small but mighty: potentially broken
judge, jury and executioner: I don't get it. You silence and destroy the copy or the original minion? In any case, the cost is too high for single target removal.
silver hand commander: stats might be too good (not sure though)
blessing of mrggl: too good. Costs 1 more than Blessing of Kings but it gives +6/+8 stats with two minions on board (which is easy to do with murlocs)
blinding light: too good. Like a mass Aldor Peacekeeper reducing attack even further
quick strikes: probably not worth playing for 4 mana
hidden shop: too powerful. Effectively discover a weapon for 1 mana, but getting coins, which is insane for rogue (Edwin VanCleef/Gadgetzan Auctioneer/combo effects)
maiev shaowsong: perhaps too good, not sure if you want to face tank all that much as rogue though
combustion totem: looks like a better Volcanic Potion (it leaves a 0/4 in the board/Thing from Below synergy). Shamans have plenty of AoE already too.
How good is Forlorn Stalker being for you? I have a N'zoth deck myself and I'm considering it as an option.
How does the deck perform against aggro?
Besides that, don't you have too many low value deathrattles? What I mean is, you don't want to play N'zoth and not get a single highmane or sylvanas because you're getting Huge Toad or Loot Hoarder, for example.
With that many 1 mana spells you probably want to add Gadgetzan Auctioneer to the deck (use it the same way as malygos druid did)
I would probably add Doomsayer somewhere to combat aggro
I think Infested Tauren is better right now than Infested Wolf despite not being a beast. You can stop aggresion early on and that way you can survive after playing N'zoth (which is a common issue if the enemy has a board)
timing all those secrets correctly is key vs dragon priest. I guess adding Sylvanas Windrunner can help too. Not sure about what to replace though, op probably knows better than me
if your best turn 6 play is Corrupted Seer you're probably going to lose anyway. Explosive Trap works better (costs less) and you don't have enough space in this deck I think to get the murloc in.
I don't see the point in having [card]Injured Kvaldir[/card] in there. It comes down to having the same stats as a Fiery Bat, + it is a beast and has a deathrattle that works with N'Zoth. Thus far I've enjoyed using the buff cards from MSoG. It is very satisfying to send out a Highmane that has been buffed to 8/7 or 10/9.
As a regular midrange hunter player, my highmanes/rag get hexed/entombed/ignored by aggro 9/10 times so I rather not get buffs on them, except against druids.
I feel like the lack of one-drops is going to hurt this deck against more aggressive decks. There's no heals, very few taunts... Pirate Warrior will eat this alive.
You're absolutely right, I get beaten by pirate warrior most of the time. I'm currently working on modyfing the deck against aggro but unfortunately I don't have too much time to play these days.
Most of the ladder rings good 1drops, so camel feels like a bad meta call. I don't want to pull out a small time buccaneer, mistress of mixtures, etc for the opponent. Especially not on t3.
To be fair, hunter as a whole feels like a bad meta call. Jokes aside, normally having two 2/4's make it a non-issue and you still have bow to clear (at least in my experience)
Despite having control oriented cards, I think steady shot is still very valuable as every match except against pirate warrior I end up being the aggressor, and I even if I just kept Finley in hand in those situations, I think it's an extra slot I'm not willing to give up.
As for Azure Drake, I have tried it before in midrange hunter decks and it's just not enough (for me anyway).
Regarding Desert Camel combo, I pull it off fairly often and pulling a good minion from the opponent is rarely an issue (even if I pull Tunnel Trogg, Mana Wyrm, etc). In my experience, it's the best way to establish early board presence.
This said, I appreciate your input and hell, if this works for you, do it, by all means :)
Despite how good some of the MSoG cards are, I feel like many hunter deckbuilders focus too much on them, so I'm posting my deck in order to give some ideas regarding older decks (camel hunter for example) and hopefully get feedback in the process.

bear cub seems op because minions get enraged even if they die.
think vines: giving the treants taunt seems too good, I might be wrong though.
bountiful harvest: too powerful compared to Consecration (damage to face with consec barely matters). Maybe increase the cost
small game hunter: perhaps too good (clean kill on Imp Gang Boss/Acolyte of Pain/Leokk on curve for example)
snare trap: potentially op with explosive trap I guess
sniff out: probably too good for 1 mana.
unstable magic: potentially broken used along with Emperor Thaurissan (Fireball for 2 mana for example)
Void tome: potentially broken with ice lance
Apothecary putress: what does it have to do with mage? (both the guy and the effect, as flavor unfriendly as Flame Leviathan)

lil' doomguard: probably too powerful because of Malchezaar's Imp and Silverware Golem
scorched earth seems like a better Hellfire (1 more damage to your face and no damage to the opponent's face is inconsequential)
berserking: if you mean they can attack again after being damaged it might be too powerful.
skeleton warrior: too good. If it's going to be a 3/3 for 2 mana, it has to have a downside
loot king: better than Polluted Hoarder, as no one plays him because of his stats. The problem is drawing 2 cards.
swamp insects: if it counts itself, then it's op
haunted armour: probably too many stats for 4 mana
ultraxion: a 2/3 for free in turn 1 might be too good, not sure

Fantastic then, thanks for the quick reply :)

Nice deck. Just curious, how do you deal with cards like rag, for example?

How many draws do you get, on average, from Acolyte of Pain? I've always been skeptic about this card in pala but I might be wrong.

Watch tournaments, as casters explain every single play (to the annoyance of some viewers) and you'll learn a lot

With that many secrets you probably want a second Cloaked Huntress.
I also think that Explosive Trap would work better than Snake Trap, as you don't have Scavenging Hyena/Dire Wolf Alpha/Knife Juggler to use the 1/1 tokens.
