Another idea: make it a minion: the guy who knew a guy 1/1/1 with the same effect.

While you have a choice, but it is more likely to get bad choices as there are few great taunts, and yeah, the discover only works for cards you can put normally in your deck, so no belcher (unless you are playing wild, which you should include him instead of this).

Look at Unstable Portal, it costs 2,  makes the minion costs 3 less, and not restricted by class or taunt. Taunt minions don't usually have battlecries that goes comboes well with other cards.

A Light in the Darkness is a very similar card, costs one more and give it +1/+1 which is huge for 1 mana and same card slot.

Decent card, but this makes it easier for others to smorc down thieves.

When your neighborhood priest steals more shit than the thief, and also sees the stuff in your hand the deck (he sees you naked in the shower) you know something is wrong with religion. 

Seriously though, this one card revived the hell out of Dragon Priest.

When I first saw Ragnaros, Lightlord I assumed they are trying to get rid of "the" in favor of the comma as it makes the name shorter, now I am not so sure.

Much better than cutpurse, he doesn't have to hit face to activate, plus the stealth will make this much harder to remove without at least hitting once.

How to make this from a total waste to a decent one: the refreshed power costs 0.

Bit boring, I'd out a strong taunt minion instead, much more reliable, but it had some certain buff I might consider this, like if it costed 2 less or had +1/+1.
