     I see where you are coming with this but just think of this as an aggro card, lets say you hit it once with deadly poison ond once with a naga corsair, you have the chance for the rest of the game of drawing a one mana arcanite reaper , just by hitting it twice with buffs with an even bigger High-Roll potential.
    Just saying, the meta right now really relies on high rolls and this is another one adding to it, with no big risk of running the card like Kelesseth is.

    Literally Senjin Shieldmasta with +1 health and a serious drawback, I dont see any reason to play this garbage over the existing taunts.
    If they wanted to nerf druid they should have just done it instead of filling them with garbage for this expansion in the hopes that things will change (which at this pace won´t happen)

    I wouldn't say aggro is dead. Keleseth decks could still survive if they're able to Highroll against certain decks, but I'd say for the most part we'll see a return of The Caverns Below since the new secret and legendary will make the Quest 10x easier to complete. So we'll have a Control heavy meta (the better decks so far seem to be Jades,  big druid,Razakus Anduin, Dragon Priest, Fatigue Warrior, Control Warlock, probably some kind of new OTK Mage and Elemental Mage, or probably even some kind of functional Mill Rogue), Quest Rogues, and a few sparse aggro and mid-range decks here and there.
    BUUUT until they reveal all the cards all bets are off, though the scenario I described is what I believe we'll see.

     You wouldn't be the first person to ever say its going to be a control meta and be wrong.
    Believe me when i say this , While Jade druid and Razakus priest exist , the meta will never be control (neither of those decks are control decks, they are slow midrange decks). Jade Druid is just too hard to outvalue , and even if you do out value jade druid you probably died in the process becuase of tempo loss. Razakus is just a broken OTK deck and is really hard not to get bursted down even at high amounts of armor (note: Warrior is the only class capable of reliably gaining big, constant amounts  armor  and isn't even close to having a meta deck, while having the best board clears in the game).
    Aggro died with the nerf of FWA, murloc raid leader, and inervate, the closest decks to aggro right now are Token druid and evolve shaman (neither of them are tier 1) , neither Prince rogue nor Zoolock are aggro decks in their present state , they are both tempo/ Agressive midrange decks (you cant call a deck aggro if every version of it runs two 7 drops  and a 10 drop in the case of zoolock XD)

    Right now the only deck that is getting usefull cards is Razakus and dragon priest, and dragon priest doesn't need board clears to survive against razakus or jade, so all i can see right now with the cards shown up to now is  Razakus getting more anoying and no control to be found in the next meta.

    you do realize that if you cast UI at the end of each turn you will lose dont you? 
    This seem realy good in a priest deck that has mind control , holy nova, free from amber etc...  but im not sure if its worth it to build a deck around this

     Well whatever it gives it has to win you the game to be good.
    Sindragosa costs the same amount of mana, has better stats, gives you 2 legendary minions (Way easier to obtain than wasting a turn dealing 8 damage to a 0/8 that could have gone to face or efficient trading) , and still Sindragosa saw absolutely no play. 
    Don´t keep your hopes up for this one.

    Silence Priest- If you didn't do your Divine spirit inner fire combo by turn 6, you probably wouldn't have won against control anyway, Power word shield, you probably already casted at this point.

    Miracle priest (what I assume he means by Lyra Priest) - Only priest Archetype really affected by this card, however the deck is not that consistent by it self right now, and running an otherwise terrible card just to target miracle priest seems unreal.

    In conclusion priest decks that are affected by this card are not strong enough to be teched at. The only way priest is is going to be affected  is if Jade Druid was so popular that every control deck would run this card. Which probably won't happen because of the existence of this card.

    You've forgotten priest. Power Word: Shield isn't such a huge deal, but it kills Inner Fire priest (with exception of Inner Fire randomly from Lyra after Skulking Geist has been played).
     No one is going to waste a spot in their deck just to target any form of priest... take my word on that.

     I don't see how this card limits design space though. This card would ONLY see play if Jade druid started dominating the meta (In which case I would love for this card to exist) For that to happen control would need to dominate the meta first, which has never before happened in hearthstone. Even if it did happen this card is only worth a spot if you consistently play against Jade druid, this card is not good enough to target any other class, and with this card , jade druid will probably  not be that predominant. 
    In the end , this is a tech card , and tech cards don't define the meta by themselves.
