If you don't have duplicates of him I don't recommend dusting him. Watch posts are still going to be really good.

Imo there will never be a better skin for paladin than Arthas which i already own so that gives me time to gather gold for better skins in the future.

etaoinshrldu posted a message on XilinhungHS' Top 10 Legend CTRL PRIEST! Metabreaking!Posted in: XilinhungHS' Top 10 Legend CTRL PRIEST! Metabreaking!I played 20 matches, won 17 lost 3. Mage is a mixed bag, if they go full face we can't outheal their spells and their card draw is way too insane for us to match.
Paladin is easy to beat if you tech in The Nameless One. I don't think I lost a single match against that class.
Warlock is a massive pain but winnable if you can make good use of Mindrender Illucia. I like to steal their Envoy Rustwix using The Nameless One. People say keep pressure on Warlock but thats hardly possible with all the removal they have. Best bet is to hope they either don't draw Tickatus early or try to steal it and play it using Illucia.
Getting a 1 Mana Illucia through Insight means you can try to do this on Turn 7 (Turn 6 with a Coin). If their Tickatus isn't corrupted, you can burn their own deck. Even if it's already corruped, I think playing it is the right choice. it's an 8/8 body + they can't summon it back with y'shaarj.
Overall, this deck seems really strong but card draw is a massive pain in the ass + surviving against aggro decks can be tough. This can't be autopiloted like other decks. One wrong move is the difference between win and loss. Personally, I'd rather play something else since every game turns into a 30 min match.

Just crafted three legendaries for this deck, better be worth it ^_^ I will keep you updated on my success.

I agree with most of what you said. I have always been annoyed with people, who can't be grateful for anything. As has already been pointed out, Blizzard is gradually becoming more open with their fans and actively respond to their criticism. In my opinion Year of the Dragon was the time when their approach started changing and as much I loved Hearthstone "back in the days", noone can't deny that for the first few years the game was treated by the developers as a side project to WoW. I remember that about 2 year's ago (Shudder meta) I myself was often critisising Blizzard, as they were clearly deserving of it. However, now with them actively improving, I can't stand people, who only whine, because something is not the way they want it to be.

So the fact that Blizzard responded to something the community had asked for is "a sign that they don't care"? Logic is somewhat amiss here.

Variety is the healthiest thing in Hearthstone. I have seen countless posts complaining about OTK/Aggro/Combo/Control etc. I myself too have many decks or archetypes wich I dislike playing against, but imagine what would happen, if there were only fair midrange decks available. I at least know one thing for sure - Hearthstone wouldn't last more than a year.

Yeah it's ridiculous. I really don't understand why they play meta decks. Oh wait... Maybe that's because it's a freaking world championship and they actually want to win?
Jokes aside, there really is nothing weird about it. It's like watching El Classico and wondering why Koeman plays Messi instead of Braithwaite.

At least you have fun

Exactly. I tried to play casual to avoid netdecking tryhards, but after the first game against Murloc Priest (!) I gave up. I personally love deckbuilding, creating a list of my own and then experimenting with it, making changes, seeing its weaknesses and strenghts. That is my favorite way to play online card games. However, now it is impossible in Hearthstone (not only in standard really, wild is the same), since every time I try to actually make some logical plays I get smashed with some unbelievable RNG, Secrets making my cards not matter at all or just generally unfair plays like Druid building a full board on turn 1 or Rogue with a 10 attack weapon on turn 4. Spell Mage and Secret Paladin are just the tip of the iceberg. I love Hearthstone as I have been a part of its community all the way since open beta, but the direction the developers have chosen is slowly reducing fun in playing the game with every year.

Ideas for nerfs:
1. Pen Flinger should just read "return this minion to your hand without Spellburst". I feel like that would be fair, as the card wouldn't be totally murdered, but at least limited. (And please change the voiceline... I feel like I'm about to go crazy)
2. Deck of Lunacy 2 -> 4 mana cost
3. Swinetusk Shank 3 -> 4 mana. I feel like with all the hate Mage is receiving, people somehow forget about weapong rogue. Maybe I am weird, but I don't like dying on turn 5.
4. Far Watch Post 2/4 -> 2/3 and Mor'shan Watch Post 3/5 -> 3/4. I believe the Watchposts themselves are pretty balanced, but I think their power is a bit too high in comparison to Kargal Battlescar. I don't think blizzard would ever do something like this, but I think the nerfs to watchposts should be followed by Kargal Battlescar's change to make him a good payoff. I personally would move him to 9/10 mana and give the minions he summons Rush.
Other potential but much less likely changes I think would be fair:
5. Avenge +3/+2 -> +2/+2
6. First Day of School 0 -> 1 mana
7. Mask of C'Thun 7 -> 8 mana
8. Crossroads Gossiper 4/3 -> 3/3

I don't know why we have such different experience. I am playing a slightly tweaked version of Dekkster's HP Mage, which includes a lot of cheap control spells. Weapon Rogue is problematic, but I teched oozes, so they sometimes help against that. With the 4/2 Pirate that restored weapons out of standard it is somewhat easier to get rid of their biggest threats like the Dagger from Scholomance. It is a difficult matchup though.
In case of Warriors I believe it depends on their deck. The rush oriented deck sure is not that dangerous, but the full-control is. I mean, it probably is a result of differences in our lists.
By the way, thanks for the recommendation, I will try out C'thun in my list. Maybe even Yogg could be nice, as there are a lot of spells in the deck.

Honestly it depends on your draw. If you get wildfire on turn 2 it's basically a free win against most aggro decks. Additionally most of your cards are quite cheap and you can easily clear wide boards on turn 4-5 (if you don't get unlucky with your mulligan/draw which sometimes happens). Control doesn't punish you as much, if you have bad draw, but then again, Priests and Warriors have an unlimited source of healing/armor and you will most likely get outvalued in the end. At least that was my experience with the deck so far.
