We're just a tiny bit off from 100k views! Thank you for all your support and I hope you all keep enjoying tanking up with ice creams as the meta develops. I have some other spicy deck ideas coming up so keep an eye out for those.

I really like your list! Very cool, lots of interesting choices. Is Mukla there so that you will always mill them in the late game? I like that idea but I think Bootie Bay Bookie might be slightly better for this plan (not sure).

I love the inclusion of Earth Shock with Zentimo and I wanted to do the same in my list but didn't really feel I had the space for it. I think Mossy Horror is also a great tech choice, and Ooze also, considering how many hunters are on the ladder at the moment.

Is Haunting Visions worth it? I do really like the card and I honestly haven't worked out how good it is yet (I think it is probably pretty good), but can this deck afford to run a card which doesn't do a specific thing to contribute towards the game plan? I also love Unstable Evolution as a surprise tempo enabler (especially because every few games you'll be able to Zentimo + Unstable your chain gangs). In fact that's another thing I wanted in my list while Zentimo was still in my list, but again I decided there wasn't room for it.

I sort of want to make an alternate version of my deck now which focuses on Zentimo + Unstable + Earth Shock (and even + Tidal Surge maybe - 7 mana mini-flamestrike + 12 face healing is pretty great) as well as the ice cream combo.

    Thanks for sharing!

Please don't be rude. This was at around rank 10. I normally play around rank 5 but I also only really play non-meta decks so it usually takes me a little longer to get up there. If you think you have that little chance of making it to your combo then there is a problem with how you play the deck, not with the deck itself, because I can consistently get to the end game every game with it, apart from the games where they are aggro/tempo and I draw no board clears (but even many of those I can stabilise because of all the taunts in the deck).

Have you actually played the latest version of the deck?

Thanks so much for the second mention! My deck (ice cream shaman) actually feels like it’s in a good, competitive spot at the moment. Yesterday I had a 9 win streak on ranked ladder with the latest version. If you passed it up before, consider giving it a go now!

OTK decks are stupid because there is no Dirty Rat in standard, this is one card that is always needed as a tech card.

I love combo decks however I really believe that in an ideal world Dirty Rat would be a classic card.

This sounds silly I know but Nightblade might actually do the job quite nicely. But then if you're considering that then you should definitely just use the main win condition of standard shuddewock shaman, Lifedrinker, which is just a much, much better Nightblade.

You've crafted 2x Corpsetaker now? Zilliax is a pretty great card as a standalone tool, so yeah I would say you could keep him regardless. If you weren't running Corpsetakers, it's arguable that another control/stall/draw tool (say 1x Rain of Toads)  might be more important than Zilliax though. But with Corpsetakers he is essential.

There are a few taunts in the deck, so Corpsetaker will pretty consistently get taunt. A 3 mana 4/4 taunt is not that impressive though, so perhaps you could add something else with a different corpsetaker effect. In my opinion divine shield is the most important effect to get after taunt, and then lifesteal is probably next important, and lastly windfury. Having said that, I've won games purely off the back of dropping two windfury corpsetakers on turns 4 and 5 (or 3 and 4 with coin), because that level of pressure is extreme and unless your opponent finds an immediate answer they're in a lot of trouble.

Having said that, these are some ideas:

    1. Rusty Recycler is a pretty bad card, but it does provide both taunt and lifesteal in one card. The only other cards in the game which do this are ZilliaxObsidian Statue and High Priestess Jeklik, and obviously you can't put the latter two in this deck anyway, so in this sense it's not bad in this deck for how well it buffs corpsetaker. Getting some lifegain and stall potential in the midgame suits this deck perfectly, too. It even has synergy with Zilliax because he has Magnetic!
    2. There are only a handful of neutral taunt + divine shield minions. The only ones apart from Zilliax which come to mind are Sunwalker and Wax Elemental. I would say definitely avoid the latter, and probably avoid the former too, but if you're desperate then Sunwalker might be ok. If you're feeling weird then you could even try including a Stoneskin Basilisk as another piece of sort-of removal that also buffs your Corpsetakers.
    3. There are no windfury minions which I would recommend you try. If you feel compelled to, then go for 1x Stormwatcher.
    4. Apart from these, as I said just adding more control/draw/combo/healing tools would be good (second Healing Rain, maybe Zentimo for triple Hexes, Bog Slosher for the combo potential, second Tar Creeper). But with only one minion with divine shield and/or lifesteal (Zilliax) in your deck, your Corpsetakers are pretty much dead as soon as you draw it, so I would consider removing the corpsetakers + Zilliax package entirely and maybe trying the Da UndatakahPlated BeetleLeper Gnome combo again. However the corpsetaker package does feel much stronger.

Thank you for your comment by the way! Hope this helps :)

I just went 9-0 with the latest version of the deck! Lost my 10th game to a boomsday netdeck odd paladin who got a god curve and rng.

If you gave up on the deck or haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend you give it a look now!

2x Seaforium Bomber, if summoning full boards of taunt/divine shield/windfury shudderwocks every turn wasn't enough of a win condition.

Cool that you've taken inspiration! :)

I like your list, it is more streamlined than mine. One mild concern I would have is that you are much weaker against exodia win conditions i.e. Mecha'thun, paladin death knight, or exodia quest mage (the latter two of which I have actually been running into a fair bit on ladder), because if your shudders aren't actually damaging them then they essentially have all the time they could want to set up their exodia condition.

I love the Zentimo + Tidal Surge choice - I have been thinking about adding that to my list because Zentimo is crazy strong with Hex too, but I ultimately didn't think it was worth it. Cool to see in yours though.

I notice you've got 2x Plated Beetle but no Undatakah? Did you forget to add Undatakah? :p

If your hand is very full then that can happen. Also the more minions you have on board, the harder it is to get shudder back in hand. Ideally you will play shudder with at least 2 free spaces in hand and with no other minions on board. You can play proactively to set this up for yourself by not making totems near to when you're going to play shudder (or grumble, actually - grumble returning totems to your hand only clogs your hand for no reason), and by making bad trades on board to ensure as much of your own board as possible dies when you play shudder.

It was indirect damage - he shuffled Corrupted Bloods into the opponent's deck with Hakkar, the Soulflayer, which eventually stacked up so much that on one turn the opponent drew into a long chain of them which took him from 30 to -28 health.

Great comments, thank you! And I'm glad you've found success with it.

I've noticed the same regarding the bounce effects, and in my games I've tried to avoid at all costs playing more than one each of zola/slosher/grumble, and to really prioritise bouncing chain gang/ice cream/frostrider. Obviously in most games this all won't line up perfectly, and regardless, to my experience it seems like the ice cream battlecries are hard-coded to all go off first every time anyway, which is also pretty frustrating (joking obviously). I've been verging on cutting bog slosher actually, but the slosher + chain gang combo alone is honestly so powerful (particularly in this deck which usually has pretty low tempo and quite easily falls behind on board) that I've kept it until now. I think you may be right and that slosher could go. I do like Zola still though, because, unlike slosher, when shudderwock recasts the effect you retain minions on board which a) might be frozen and therefore can activate the ice cream effect, and b) can then be bounced as a 1-cost by grumble.

I'm really torn about Undatakah. I have won games off the back of him alone, and as soon as you get a couple of 1-cost Shudderwocks in hand the deathrattle effects do go off with pretty good consistency. I also like the redundancy added by having two armour generators - it's much less likely that two effects will both fail as opposed to just the one. I also think that if your first comment is addressed (regarding bounce consistency), this actually makes Undatakah better, because your shudderwocks will much more quickly and therefore more consistently have their deathrattles go off. However you're totally right that he is a very slow card in a deck that already struggles for being slow. He also creates a lot of the deck's "slowness": you don't just need to have played him before shudderwock - you need to have played and killed off at least one or two deathrattles too.

I think I'll keep Undatakah in for now but thank you for your insightful points and I may cut him after more testing. I think I will cut slosher now too.

    Quote from Infirc >>

infinite will always happen regardless of the intention, current infinites might be intentional, but the more the card pool grows the bigger chances there's for something to start a loop , Yugioh and mtg are full of infinites, Pokemon also has one with Next destinies' Shiftry, usually it just leads to banning cards because shying away from effects just because they might go infinite leads to a really boring vanilla  game and is way cooler and profitable to print crazy effects that get people buying packs chasing that one card and then dealing with the aftermath by banning a card.

Just wanted to leave a comment to say it's amazing that your Milf Hunter deck in your description has settled on 69 votes.

Thank you very much :) I'm pretty proud of it! I just hope I can refine it to the point where it may actually be relevant in the Rastakahan meta (whatever that ends up looking like).
