his ability i chose for this card is calledInfected Wound, which increased damage taken to an enemy by 100%, so rogue was a good fit since they need some more powerful minions/legendaries :)
*made a minor change to the card, giving it more flavor with a downside as well while also adding 1 more health. this should enforce more rogue-like gameplay returning it to your hand and playing it again etc. the old version can still be viewed(see link)

4 Mana 5/3 Epic Minion Battlecry: Reveal a minion in each deck. If yours costs more, become a copy of it. Clarifications: Becomes a copy of your revealed minion, not the opponents. If the battlecry fails, it is a 5/3 as normal Balancing: Although while it is possible to get Deathwing for 4 mana, you might also get a 2 cost minion for 4 mana, so I decided it make it a vanilla 4 cost minion with slightly less stats for having an effect.
Whilst this card doesn't 100% fit in with the theme of making your opponent's cards weaker or cost more, it does have interactions based on cards' costs. With the class being centred around Faceless Ones and TGT just being out, I couldn't miss the opportunity to implement the Joust Mechanic into a Faceless Manipulator type effect. Anyways, thanks for checking out my card! :3
We aren't seeing much love for Ysera lately, but the dream lives one with my little tribute... The Return mechanic can be a little double edge sword, but combined with all the +ATK spells and ability, most Druids should be able to trigger it when they want to.

tirion, ysera and ragnaros are just way too good to pass up in any midrange/control deck
so i'd choose these 3 first in your situation
yeah, the tgt legendaries aren't all that great, only useful so far from what i can tell are justicar trueheart and chillmaw, really
