ButtSeriously posted a message on What deck do enjoy/hate playing against the most? 1=hate 5=lovePosted in: General DiscussionPointless survey. It all depends which deck im playing. I love facing Freeze Mage with my CW, but i hate facing Freeze Mage with my Priest for example. If i one day find a deck that can beat all others, ill report back which one i enjoy crushing the most :)

BrokenCycle posted a message on Clash of the Minion - Tavern Brawl #37Posted in: Tavern Brawl3rd Brawl in a row where mindlessly hitting the face with cancer minions wins you the game. They do realize we already have ranked for that?
Srsly, just play zoo without taunt or charge minions and you are good.
I don't know about this one but last brawl control had the best decks. -

user-810675 posted a message on Why do folks hate priest so much??Posted in: General DiscussionPriest is my absoult favorit class and crushing aggro and paladins with it feels so good. I'm happy if my enemies hate me for playing priest, i hate facedecks and paladins too.

achan1058 posted a message on Decks that you won't miss in StandardPosted in: General DiscussionQuote from Legend_Entomber >>Zoolock, Face Hunter, Secret Pally, Face Shaman, Mech Mage, and any other non-traditional Aggro decks
Zoolock will never die, not unless warlock hero power gets nerfed. Even then, it still probably won't die. Same goes for face hunter. -

Banquetto posted a message on Discover mechanic for Daily Quests (idea)Posted in: General DiscussionTo be fair they really need to update the gold gain system in general.
just compare it to something like spellweaver: You get 6 quests a day. You get gold playing against AI. You get half as much gold for lost games. Longer games yield more gold. There is no cap on max gold per day.... etc.
It is really embarrassing if you compare the 2 how little HS actually gives you.
These sorts of threads always get derailed by the "wahh wahh wahh Blizzard should give me more stuff for free" guy, don't they? -

ShadowsOfSense posted a message on Finally! The first leaked cards + Druid Combo nerf [not confirmed yet]Posted in: General DiscussionAlmost had me convinced it was plausible - although the balance is really an indicator that they weren't - but they slipped up. They were using official WoW TCG art, or art from official WoW sources for most of the ones I checked, but I caught out Demonic Essence.

Demonocrat posted a message on Finally! The first leaked cards + Druid Combo nerf [not confirmed yet]Posted in: General DiscussionIf those are real, Savage Roar has extremeley clunky wording, especially for a Basic Card. I'd rather they outright redesign the card - however I appreciate the slight playabilty tweak to Force of Nature.

1. Elise: You can put it into your Control Warrior deck, to help your mirror matches. You get a 6/6 taunt, and transform your Acolytes, Slams and Acolytes into minions. Or you can put it into your Fatigue Warrior deck, to help against the opponents that try to contain you. I've also thought of Spare Part synergy in a Warlock deck perhaps, but that might not make a viable ladder deck.
2. Reno: You spoke too lowly of him. With a deck of 30 single cards, you can unconditionally extract his value. You would be heavily favored in any match against aggro as long as you draw him. Then there would be enough latitude in deck building for cards of value play against midrange/control.
1
Why not just dump Elise and go mill your opponent.

Reminds me of Weeping Angel in Doctor Who.

An insolent challenger to the mighty Doctor.

Almost never played the classes on ladder anymore, but more willing to go Casual with them.

If I remember correctly, the archetype is called Chinese Priest.

You need Solemn Vigil

The way you write 9 troubles me.

Any combination of cards that give you 400 dust.

Actually that Brawl is pretty hard. If Mechazod is controlled by a human, probably there would be only 30% winrate for players. The victories pretty rely on the Mechazod randomly acting stupidly.
And it's debatable whether the design of Secretdin is to cater to the "casual and bad players". Some people even say only a noob thinks Secretdin is OP. And Secretdin is no worse than Miracle Rogue or GP Warrior, which are unfun to play against and had noxious influence on ladder environment. The most unfun thing I've experienced in Hearthstone is to wait for Miracle Rogues roping or Auctioneer-ing, and it was also a bit disgusting to see them brag around that they were the most successful and the most skilled in the game. Those rogues were also a reason why the Face Hunter gained popularity. If there's one group that hurts the game most, I'd say it's those tryhards who had thrown too much time and energies into the game and wants to teach others that this is the correct way to play the game.
