I'm calling it, people are being WAYYYYY too optimistic about Xaril, Poisoned Mind and IMO that card is pretty bad and will not see play once people realize that a 4mana 3/2 is a tempo death sentence and those toxin cards aren't going to mean shit when the enemy is swarming all over you with superior tempo.
Just like a 6 Mana 6/3 is tempo death? *cough* Justicar Trueheart *cough*
While I disagree with his thoughts on Xaril, comparing Xaril and Justicar doesn't make much sense. Justicar is a mana sink that gives you tons of long term value while Xaril is just fuel for things that Rogue wants to do.
Oh I know Justicar is fantastic, but the same comments were made when she was announced. It blows my mind that each xpac we see really great new cards and they're ignored because "it doesn't have any immediate board impact".

In a slow Meta The Boogeymonster can trade against a few big threats and threaten 10ish damage to face. After your opponent plays Golden Monkey for example and there is no threat of removal it gets a 2 or 3 for 1 against big ticket legendaries.
Control Rogue won't happen yet, but we will see more midrange archetypes (not just combo decks)... Raptor will become slower, possibly even capping out with N'Zoth and Anub.
Tentacles for Arms will be played in Fatigue Warrior, and people will complain about it.
Wait til the expansion drops. Something that's good now might be bad in a month, or a new legendary that is powerful/lots of fun might show up and you'll want to play that.
Divine Favor is the most "broken" card because it punishes card advantage. Out of all the crazy combos I can lose to, Divine Favor stings the most because I could have played smart, made favourable trades, played my own card draw minions and then get punished for that. It is the one I am most looking forward to being changed.
It is officially tuesday now and no article went EVER to the homepage.
You find there a recap of BlizzCon, even decklist from the 8 players at the finals. But no mention as to who won the World Championship.
As a "flagship" of fan sites dedicated to Hearthstone, the behaviour of Hearthpwn is amazing, to say the least. And not up to what someone interested in Hearthstone may expect.
I think a lot of people have missed the OP's point.
You can make a deck like this the one below which has a lot of the tools that make control priest good against aggro, but you have a powerful win condition in Elise without compromising the early game tools. Obviously it needs tweaking and testing when LoE drops, but as someone who farms easy wins with control Priest now, I'm looking forward to the change.

Super great? Probably not. Horrible? No.

Control/Heal Paladin will be viable.

Has anyone done the Windows clock trick yet? It's been right the past few times.

I don't have Lorewalker Cho, can I use Nozdormu instead?
