Congrats! I'll try this deck later, when I'm tired of my big paladin deck :-D

Siedepunctation posted a message on EASY LEGEND - Token PiPPosted in: EASY LEGEND - Token PiPA.F. Kay is fun. If she's so bad, then why does my opponent do everything in their power to remove her next turn?
Maybe bc they know you have a cheese in hand? A. F. Kay into Ball of Spiders or R.C. Rampage... this is just evil. :-)
Reminds me of the good old Shu'ma deck.
Patchwork Pals and Jungle Gym are mainly used for taunt removal, aren't they? Seems like Shamans Meltemental and Druids Desert Nestmatron are your biggest enemies.

arneankann posted a message on Nerf / Buff Predictions?Posted in: General DiscussionThe best nerf they could do is closing the game, becuase they have ZERO clue how to balance things and their way to try and fix things is to create even more broken stuff.

guitaraffa2 posted a message on Legend Amalgam hunterPosted in: Legend Amalgam hunterIt's one of the reasons I have my own Yogg.
Also, knowing that they will likely take or transform your first Amalgam, you may want to hold a little back on buffing it too much. Just gotta make a judgement call at that time. You will probably not want to give the first Amalgam 2 x [card]Always a Bigger Jormungar[/card] or Absorbent Parasite.
In late game, you'll have enough mana to build the Amalgam back quickly. Keep in mind, just using Containment Unit will already give you a decent minion to play for 1 mana when you get it again. Also at that mana, you can bring back multiple copies with the Egg.
As for MC tech... a lot of decks that take your Amalgam won't often have 4+ minions to enable MC Tech... but it is certainly a tech card that can be included, if not to combat aggro decks that flood the board (could grab a Zilliax or something). I will consider that though. It could be used instead of Gnomelia, or maybe along with.

FrugalPenguin posted a message on Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendPosted in: Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendYep this is by far the best I've done with hunter, starting from the very bottom of the ladder I've just hit diamond 5:
Can this be the one that finally takes me all the way?

HearthpwnGuruMaster posted a message on Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendPosted in: Aggro Cleave Hunter - Legendthe best move it seems get as many buzzards on the board as you can, double death rattle on them for Gargon, magnetic parasite onto gorgon, and always bigger. The opponent has no chance to defend. One guy had 28 life left, then I did 29 damage with gargon, and magnetic parasite 😂. There's a lot you can do with your deck, one of the best hunter deck's I've seen in a long time bro! I'm excited to see how far it will take me.

HearthpwnGuruMaster posted a message on Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendPosted in: Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendNo, I just started last night, and it was in wild. I didn't try it in standard. I bet it would blast through standard. I was like 12 and 1 last night. The only reason I lost the one game was because I added 40 cards, then I realized it was actually slowing down cards like buzzard, and limited the chances of a higher knockout move. I've always been a hunter player move than anything, I can see your deck getting major play for sometime to come.

FrugalPenguin posted a message on Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendPosted in: Aggro Cleave Hunter - LegendIt might have been assigned to Wild but I am having a blast with this deck. I've never played hunter, always sort of shyed away from the "go face" aggro feel of the class. I'm not a very good hearthstone player so my take on it might be wrong but thats how it always felt to me.
That said, this deck feels almost perfect. There are very definitely situations I can't handle, some of it down to my inexperience but some of it just down to being beaten by a better deck/player, but it's very satisfying when I do make the right decision.
It's especially satisfying cleaving down mobs and killing the opponent with "Always a bigger". That never gets old!
Thanks for the deck.

I would love to see how. Getting smoked playing this deck from all classes.

Confirmed legend today.

Feels like by the time you get Yogged it's too late to start building another one in the ETC?
Could you potentially run Mind Control Tech to steal it back?

I have just built a midrange hunter deck and it is awesome. Doesn't have the same cleave win condition but is very strong in the current meta, even against DH. I think I can get to legend with it this month.

Thanks mate! Appreciate the comment. Did you play standard before rotation or in wild?

Any time! Likewise, it's hard to find people to have these discussions with.
Altimore has won me games, it has also been a dead card. Honestly, part of me wanted to make this card work. The other part of me realised this deck runs lots of cheap 1 cost minions and infusing Altimore 1-2 is pretty easy. If you do play it fully infused it gives you charge, attack buff to ALL minions and a taunt. It can be nuts at times.
This card could be replaced - try it and see your results.
Twin Fin or Chain Gang benefit from the buffs and could work.
Second yelling yodeler isn't recommended - hand is often full and burning cards already. And having it in hand without a buzzard feels bad. I tried this but 1 feels right.

Buzzard is primary target.
After that it's tricky and based on how the game is going. You want Gargon in hand to get buffed, but you only need 1x to win. Hound is usually more helpful (because heal) in most match ups. But you need to decide what's more important - get Gargon win condition in hand and buffed or get Hound and recover the board.

Love to hear it!
I also think Scourge is an MVP and I like to fish for another buzzard/creeper/big beast.
It was always my dream to create a legend-worthy deck and me doing it two months in a row, plus now you doing it, is very satisfying. Cheers.

Thanks for sharing. I tried it but I couldn't quite get the hang of it.
This is my version of a deck that I got back to back legend with in Feb/March if you're interested: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1439139-aggro-cleave-hunter-legend
Some of your explanations helped my thought process with cards.
Thanks.

Bump. Not sure why nobody is trying this deck... Absolutely flying up ladder.
