My concern with all these new decks are the cost that comes with them. There are several new gimmicks/combos reliant on legendary or epic cards, which a good population of the players won't be able to try (either because they're f2p or only willing to pay a small amount for the game).
Understandably, Blizz has the right to put premium for some of these cards (or deck archetypes), considering this is a free-to-play game, but that encourages players to spend actual money to fully enjoy the experience. And with three expansions a year, the player base would have end up spending more than paying for one full game (plus, I dunno, a dlc or two).
Although even if you don't spend a fortune, it hurts that you can probably only focus on one or two classes if you limit your actual money costs and accumulated dust. Glad to see at least the Plague Druid and Evovle Shaman above can be reasonable to craft, especially if you're lucky to get one of the character cards for free.
(If the long game of this expansion would rely on character cards, it possible people would only focus on classes where they already have the character cards. Hopefully at the end of all the adventure, every player gets a free Lich King. As of now, it's almost an auto-include due to the slower game,)

I was thinking the same thing, consulted google and found your list. I swapped the boar for Springpaw. After 30+ games going between rank 4 to 3 back to 5 I stopped. It wasn't working for me. The moment my opponent played Dragon's Pack it was game over.
I just saw another face hunter list which imo works better and is more refined. It's called 'Sempok's Face Hunter' and was created by (twitter account) @uhhdivij. The deck code: AAECAZ/DAwTHA68EyQSXCA2hAqgCtQPbCf4M7/ECoIUDu6UD86cD+a4D+68D/K8DhbADAA==
Edit: so I switched to Sempok's deck list... started at rank 5, just reached rank 2!

Deathrattle priest, OTK paladin, Mecha'thun decks, just concede.

Agree. Playing with 2x Doomsayer atm, noticeable better winrates against aggro (paladin and rogue).
Edit: rank 3 already on day 3. Edit2: not so sure about Doomsayer anymore, when silenced, it messes up Volcano. Back to the original list :)

Zola can’t be replaced. Originally the list included Mumuring Elemental to garantee a copy of Shudderwock to your hand. Without Mumuring the combo is not 100% consistent. If Grumble fires before Saronite, Zola is your second chance. To increase the odds, use Grumble or Zola to play a third Saronite.
Sometime when you need some life back and freeze minions, an alternative is to play Shudderwock before Grumble, when you know you get multiple Shudderwocks and your opponent can’t fully clear the board, then play Grumble the next turn.

@BonzaiLTN I wanted to write the same, then I noticed your reply 👍
Paladin is hard, but otherwise it’s a pretty nice deck in the current meta, it wrecks control. I have a positive winrate est. 55-60% in Legend (EU). Def not a fringe deck anymore.
I took out Gluttonous Ooze and Mind Control Tech for 2x Bloodsail Corsair. It makes the deck a bit cheaper (against aggro or when your hand is full and you need to play something) and the Mind Control Tech can return unwanted minions to your hand instead of a Shudderwock.

Nice deck on paper, but not strong enough in the current meta. Played about 10 games in Legend ranking EU, est. 30-40% winrate.
Paladin matchup is actually pretty decent, but odd rogue and warrior, mage both tempo and control, warlock, even shaman, no chance.

Ye the meta changed (EU), this deck is now tier 2. I'm currently at rank 8, so it's still ok.
Tier 1 decks atm seems to be midrange pala, aggro druid, pirate warrior and burn mage.

Well then just use the deck helper to fill up the remaining spots with random cards.
