An almost cool concept, that they probably shouldn't have printed, since it'll rarely be used for the interesting minion attack stuff.
In practice, this will mostly be used to restore what DH lost in the Twin Slice change: pseudo-ramp. Now on Turn 3, it'll be really easy to attack and summon an extra minion with Satyr Overseer. Now on Turn 5, Turn 4 with the Coin, you'll be able to play Glaivebound Adept with the battlecry active. Two cards that are a little too strong for their mana cost, because they were designed around probably needing to Hero Power on the same turn, essentially making them 4 and 6 mana cards. With this set up early, they're back to 3 and 5 mana with full effect.
Twin Slice got changed in part to prevent the ease of triggering them on curve. Battlefiend doesn't really gain pseudo-ramp from this, but Demon Hunter Light's Justice almost feels like it's undoing a nerf that didn't need to be undone.

Battlecry: Clean
Deathrattle: the board.

Hi.
VS Demon Hunter:
-Keep the Risky Skipper in your mulligan (this is the only confrontation where you must keep her).
-You often need to use it with 2 minions to clear the board on turns 3 - 5, otherwise they will cause too much damage.
VS Rogue:
-The best use of the Risky Skipper is with the Bomb Wrangler in turn 4 - 6, this is the point where the rogue begins to spread with lackeys, and you can often clean most of his board while planting a board of 4 - 5 minions.
-Expanding the board with the bombs is great because it has no healing or areas.
VS Priest and Mage:
-You need a good Battle Rage to steal 4 - 6 cards, so try to keep your Risky Skipper until you can do it.
-You must keep your board clear at the beginning of the game, apply pressure to the face with weapons and small minions turns 3 - 8 and reduce its health to below 20 in turn 9 so that you can finish it off with Kor'kron Elite, Inner Rage, Rampage and Bloodsworn Mercenary.
VS Warrior:
-The best use of the Risky Skipper is after your opponent plays his own Risky Skipper, since they are often left with a minion board of 1 or 2 health that you can easily eliminate while developing your own game plan.
Enjoy!
