If you decide to put it in your deck, just hold that card in your hand when you mulligan.

TheScarecrowBB posted a message on [Competitive] Big Spell Elemental MagePosted in: [Competitive] Big Spell Elemental MageSteam Surger can somewhat synergize with Leyline Manipulator by making the Flame Geyser cost 0 mana and its also an elemental so I dont think it would be too bad in the deck.

Haha yes he is :)I felt like the deathrattles were more consistent/powerful and tougher for your opponent to deal with than big charge minions.Yeah, good idea! :) -

Xynot posted a message on [75.6% win rate] Shhhhh Big SecretsPosted in: [75.6% win rate] Shhhhh Big SecretsNice deck, a lot going on, but a full-game hunter deck for standard. Tried it out, the Violet Wurm is a big disaster for them if you get it for free, even the 1/1 version.

I'm fine with Doubling Imp. I'm fine with Soul Infusion. I'm fine with Prince Keleseth. Those are all fair mechanics.
What I'm not ok with is The Soularium. Never in the history of the game has there ever been a card that lets you draw 1 for one mana let alone THREE. It doesn't matter that it's legendary or that the cards not played are discarded. The fact is you get to filter through three cards in your deck for 1 mana and potentially play all 3 negating its one downside. It would still be wildly powerful if it was only 2 cards.
With that being said I insta crafted a gold version before opening a single pack lol

I would just craft The Soularium then and slowly save up towards those warrior cards as they have always been and always will be needed for any control style deck. Harrison Jones will be amazing in warrior the next couple years as it almost acts as a mini Ultimate Infestation with Weapons Project. 7 mana - 5/4 body, gain 6 armor, draw 3 cards, and equip a 2/3 weapon.... not to mention that you have the possibility of destroying a weapon they already have equiped when you play Weapons Project.

Try this deck out!
based on your card collection you seem to have everything needed besides grommash, yip, and the epics you mentioned. Those cards are all necessities for any control warrior though and will remain that way (with the exception of yip) so they are safe to craft.

I literally haven't faced a single shaman that WASN'T playing shudderwock. It was already a good deck and it feels like it just got better with the addition of the card that draws a spell that costs 5 or more. Gauranteeing they draw volcano on curve.

weapons project can be so good against many decks that I don't think it's worth it just for the chance to shuffle double your hand.

That's what I was wondering too. I'm going to try using Ysera instead for awhile to see how that does. If you can pull ysera and lich king in the same boomship that's a tough board to deal with and a lot of free powerful cards.

The beginning of an expansion is typically when aggro does BEST because none of the midrange/control decks have been refined to deal with them. If aggro is already getting beat that's not a great sign for them.
Sure odd paladin does well right now, but you should've seen how disgusting it was the first two weeks of witchwood when no one knew how to build a control deck. Reminded me of undertaker hunter pre nerf.
1
I don't see this card ever being good so I'd say it's a safe dust

What? Aggro is primarily what I've been beating.... and badly. I'm more worried about the combo druids and shudderwock shamans than aggro.

Yes you will lose the 5 armor and then gain 5 armor.
