King Varian Wrynn of Stormwind was killed on the Broken Shore during the original assault of both the factions on the Broken Isles. A massive fel reaver appeared and grabbed the ship Varian and Genn Greymane (leader of the Worgen) were on, pulling it down. Varian jumped off the ship and plunged his sword into the fel reavers head, killing it. He was then attacked by dozens of demons and was eventually killed by Gul'dan and his fel magic. Anduin Wrynn would then become leader of the Alliance and would transform his father's weapon into something more suited for a priest. Instead of using raw strength as it's power source, the sword was now aided by the Light.

Time for the lore nerd to make everything worse!
It would make more sense for it to be called guardian of the Shado Pan Monastery or The Temple of the White Tiger since that type of dragon (the cloud serpent) is native to Pandaria where those locations are found while Dalaran is located in Northrend/the Broken Isles. Hope this helps!

The Lucid Nightmare is a mount available after collecting certain items, solving a few puzzles, and completing the Endless Halls maze (the maze by itself takes around 2 hours). It was a secret mount that was put into the game without notice. The WoW secrets Discord was (as usual) the place where the mount was exposed. The mount makes you visit Dalaran, Ulduar, Ahn'qiraj, the elemental plane of Deepholm, and more. As you can tell, it is very annoying to get.

Wrathion is the only black dragon in the world not tainted by the Old Gods. He was cured by the red dragon Rheastraza (who was killed by Deathwing for doing so). Wrathion would eventually escape from the Red Dragonshrine in Northrend and go to Pandaria. He would soon become close with Anduin Wrynn, the prince of the Alliance (he would eventually become the king).

Too late game for murloc decks since they tend to be really fast paced. The most expensive murloc in the game is Corrupted Seer and it does not see play. Hope this helps!

Varimathras was a demon that served Sylvanas Windrunner and controlled a portion of the Undercity, the capital of the Forsaken. When the Alliance and Horde stood together to fight the Lich King at the Wrathgate, Varimathras sent one of his underlings, Grand Apothecary Putress, to assault both the Horde and Alliance, killing Bolvar Fordragon and Dranosh Saurfang. The Horde and Alliance eventually teamed up and reclaimed Undercity, killing Varimathras and his minions. Varimathras, being a demon, worked for the Burning Legion, and, as thus, worked for Sargeras the Demon Lord. When Varimathras failed to take Undercity, Sargeras sent him to a group of Shivarra known as the Coven of Shivarra, made up of Noura, Mother of Flames, Asara, Mother of Night, Diima, Mother of Gloom, and Thu'raya, Mother of the Cosmos. The coven have been ordered to torture both Varimathras and the souls of the titans (which Sargeras killed) in Antorus, the Burning Throne (where adventurers kill them along with Agrammar and the world soul of Argus)
