I wouldn't say it's OP but we can all agree it's a meta defining card. You have tools to counter it, such as Theotar, Zul'jin, Mutanus and maybe even Okani.
So many people are showing their lack of vision with Soulseeker. I literally can't think of a single deck that doesn't get hit hard by having a certain minion stolen. It doesn't even have to be a "big" deck. King Krush, Sire Denatrius, Mutanus, Theotar, Mordresh, Neptulon, Edwin VanCleef, the mage and shamans' parrots.
At best, it literally ruins your opponent's win condition. At worst, you play a minion that is not that good but is very useful for your opponent, like a card draw minion from an aggro deck.
Remember, no constructed deck has trash cards, every card is selected for it for a reason and Soulseeker disrupts that.
