I think everyone would play this card in every deck.

EQLucky posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition #26 - Submission Topic [Up-Voting Only]Posted in: Fan CreationsWell, this is my entry for the contest.
I have been always a Shaman fan (besides my beloved Paladin), and since you can impersonate the shaman class as Thrall, why not as Drek'Thar.
Now, I will spoiler the hero power, Drakan and Duros and the weapon:
Explanations and balance
- Drek'Thar
- He costs 9 because of the synergy between the Inspire mechanics of the weapon and the Frostwolves he can summon. I've even thought about him costing 10, but I feel this Jaraxxus-like cost is great.
- He has 0 damage to balance the Drakan and Duros summons. Jaraxxus can attack as soon as he is summoned.
- 15 hp assures to be able to hit safer with the Fang. It was 10 hp at the beginning, but felt it underpowered, mainly when you have a rampaging weapon at your disposal.
- Drakan and Duros
- Balanced the costs and abilities. I've thought about giving them the Taunt, Divine Shield and Windfury abilities without needing each other, but I wanted to keep lore-like abilities and I felt it was too powerful.
- I am thinking about giving Drakan more stats but denying his Divine Shield status.
- Frostwolf Howl/Howler
- More WoW lore! As Drek'Thar is their leader, why don't we call more wolves?
- I didn't want them to be OP (stats-like), so I gave them a pack-like ability: More wolves, more power to the pack.
- Frostwolf Fang
- Another Frostwolf addendum! Not too costy, not too powerful.
- The 4 durability can give you few hits. It's half the Doomhammer and Blood Fury ones.
- Like Frostwolf Howler, I wanted to keep it with the lore: being powered by summoning wolves and power your pack attacking the enemies, making them angry!
Well, I hope you like it. I will edit if I feel like it for balance. I had so much fun anyways by making it.

jazzfan27 posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition #26 - Discussion TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsPersonally I love object minions. It really bugs me that so many entries have been humanoids that don't seem like they have 0 attack because it's mechanically and thematically the most appropriate value, but because the contest rules said the minion has to have 0 attack.
Did you love mine then?
I even added Can not attack to make it clear it was an object.

TSMS posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition #26 - Submission Topic [Up-Voting Only]Your basic Inspire minion, which works good in decks that want to hero power as much as possible.
You can play it as a 3/2 on turn 2 and still use your hero power, but are commited to use it again next turn. You can drop two Spectators on T1 and get them up to 3/2 turn 2. There are ways to bump its attack to 6+ if you build your deck around it.

Good drop for slower minion heavy decks, however she does give your opponent information on what your hand might have.
Also a dead card in topdeck wars. -

Edit: Also keep in mind that it triggers off of played and not summoned so spells that summon minions do not trigger the effect.

As a priest main, I don't actually love this card that much.

Shield block is ok for it.

It's balanced I think. If the effect was "swapping", it would be broken. But maybe it will be better if it was a 4 mana, or a 7 health.

Yea. I think this card is very balanced and good.
