I think this is hilarious.  A note on the phrasing; you may want to change it to "remove a card from their deck" so it's gender neutral and the context is Felix is doing the removing instead of the opponent.

Shuffling X cards from opponent's hand into their deck is a really good idea for Tickatus.  It fits with the spirit of a control deck and would make the card useful against aggro.

Everything new is new again

This deck is a lot of fun when it works, and I really like the reborn kobold/leper gnome mechanic.  It's very vulnerable to a bad mulligan so I can only see myself playing this casual when I want to screw with the opponent's mind.

This deck is exactly what the totally boring meta needs.  The interactions are insane.  Dollmaster + Umbra gets crazy.  Until the balance changes come end of month, I'll play the hell out of this deck just for the lolz.

Nice deck! I just played vs it.  The Baron threw me for a loop - was not expecting it.  Had to waste a Psychic Scream on an otherwise empty board.  Luckily I was playing a Priest deck that deals with control warrior very well else I would be significantly more salty :)

This deck is super fun - thanks for making it!  I am currently rank 4 (1 win from 3) using this deck from 17 on. 

My additions: -1 Acolyte of Pain -Priest of Feast, +1 Hozen, +1 Power Word: Tentacles.  

Thinking:

•  I liked the concept of the Priest of Feast in here but I never got a lot of value out of him; it's better to have the additional Hozen and be able to heal a silenced Ancient Watcher on turn 3 or 4.  Bonus points if it triggers a Northshire.
• Opponents will gun for the Priest of Feast when it's out; you can't use it as a base for the Shambler/Manipulator if it's dead.   I have found most opponents leave the Hozen alone because 2 dmg isn't that much of a threat.  Of course, that's when you make it a 6/6 or an 8/8 or a 12/12 and dupe with a Shambler the next turn :)
• I found most of the time the Acolyte is only able to generate 1 card then die;  not a great return, unless it's very early in the game and he was traded for.  Swapping in a Power Word: Tentacles allowed me to pull off some surprising late game upsets, as well as makes the Talonpriest/Sunfury Protector viable turn 5 on.
