    First off: fly, you fool.

If you do not take Gandalf's advice (and you should if you value your sanity), here are some playlists you can watch. The videos are made by one of the most famous HS streamers and range from basic concepts about the game to deck arch types and decision making advices. Start off with basic teachings.

Dusting legendaries is such an immense loss of value, even if it doesn't see any play at all, I don't dust anything. If you REALLY need the dust, yeah, sure dust that Majordomo Executus. But hey, don't complain when you can't beat the lich king by turning him into ragnaros.

This probably would make for an interesting different game mode, could be on tournament mode or just a different kind of ladder.

That said, it's never going to happen. Let's face it, we still don't have replays, the UI is stiff as fuck, they can barely release working applications for all the platforms. It's not happening.

All I can do is hope this event is a big failure. Maybe so they'll f*** off with this twitch prime thing that segregates the community between customers who they give a shit about and the rest.

Whatever your opinion on the spell, the way Aggro Druid has been using it is unacceptable, and your fix only prevents it from an early cast of Vicious Fledgling or Bittertide Hydra, it doesn't prevent the obnoxious swarm mechanic.

      "Only".

IMO that is the big problem with the card. Playing cards you weren't supposed to be playing until 2 turns later is what drives innervate overboard, see the infamous turn 1 flappy bird, or the old days turn 1 Chillwind Yeti. As long as you're constricted to playing cards with mana costs equal or below your current fairly earned mana crystals, you can't really play any one backbreaking threat. Sure, swarming is still possible, but even than suddenly you can't play a 3 mana card + mark of the lotus turn 2, for example. It restricts your options just enough to still be a card to be considered in decks with multiple cheap cards while being dropped where it was only being used to cheat out bigger stuff earlier.

Plus it goes well with the lore of the spell in the game. And it doesn't make you have card that does exactly what Counterfeit Coin does, just with another name and in other class.

Nah, they're going to give the excuse that refreshing mana is too complicated for a basic set card. I know, it's retarded, but this is how they treat the player base. I heard ben commenting that they care about the -really- noob players, like the ones that have a hard time completing the game tutorial...

You know, they're balancing a strategy card game around people with the mental capacity of a 2 year old. It's like... I'm not a genius or anything, I'm utterly terrible at tactics style games, really bad. But I don't expect XCom to have an "impossible to lose" difficulty level to cater to people like myself, that would probably only piss off the actual player base.

Remember the "more deck slots would confuse our players"? Yeah. And it's not even like the whole game is completely comprehensive, there are tons of little corner case interactions that aren't obvious (see the "copy theme" post they did earlier today), and the fact that there isn't a rulebook to the game doesn't help at all.

I honestly don't know if they're just using the "too complicated" excuse because taking the risk of nerfing innervate and not solving the problem was too big, or if they actually think players are this st00pid.

... Un'Goro was going so well.

Why not have info like this available all the time @ the official site? Even better, in game, it's  a digital game after all. You can cut the credits button, let's face it, if someone ever clicked that it was by mistake.

Anyone here who didn't get their Choose a Champion pack? All my other friends did..

me neither, sent a ticket to blizzard support and they told me they messed a bit up with the pack delivering and wait.
    this was yesterday,no packs yet.
     Hmm, interesting.

Does anyone know for sure how many packs you should get for choosing ukraine (that ended up second)? Last time I chose Kolento, he ended up second but I got as many packs as the ones who picked the tournament champion. This time I only got one, despite picking a finalist... maybe it's because there were only 4 options? Or did they mess it up for me?

posted a message on Custom Jade Tech Card - Would it Work?

Worst, honestly. Geist straight up stops the inevitability from jade druid, which is the biggest issue for a control deck (the kind of deck that can afford a tech card against other control decks). If they remove your guy with some of the golems they already had, you just wasted mana to do nothing.

But to be honest there are probably other (better) applications for this effect.

posted a message on Blood Magic - Standard is This Week's Brawl!

Hahaha, honestly I think it's a fun one. I got to play the crappy mage Mysterious Challenger on turn one, which is fun. Not competitive, but fun.

But it's undeniable there is a high risk of people who hadn't crafted ultimate infestation yet to just do it now... and if you thought druid were already overrepresented on ladder, immagine after this brawl hahaha

And yeah, it's pretty much a broken format. I have mixed feelings about this, but this one I personally liked.

    In Kolento we trust.

I didn't even know who was in each team, but I know Kolento is from ukraine, so the choice was really easy.

    I tried it without Leeroy.

In fact. I hate aggro gameplay. Boring.

You can't really expect to play control right off the bat after starting playing a game like hearthstone, unless you're dropping serious cash.

Midrange Hunter is currently the best budget option, I believe. It's not aggro, but it is aggressive.

Otherwise, Zoolock isn't as bad as I expected after the last expansion. Zoo is not an aggro deck either, it can actually play the control role against faster decks even.
