Compare this card to Sprint: You can potentially put 3\2 body on the board + Unleash the Hounds for 6 cards draw + 6 Hound for 8 mana total and two cards. Yes, it's way stonger than Sprint. But let's take a more realistic case: your opponent won't have 6 bodies on the board by the 8th turn, you'll be dead anyway if that the case. Most likely he will have 2-3 bodies, so the combo will be realy weak. Don't forget the Starving Buzzard is completely unplayable without Unleash the Hounds. I feel ok to punish your opponent for overflooding the board on turn 5-6 with the SB+UtH just like you punish your opponent for having too much cards in his hand with Divine Favor. I think this card would be playable with 3 mana 2\2 body.
Rogue throws The Coin + Preparation into Sprint? No big deal - just remind him that he owes you a favor in that case. You're facing handlock who was life tapping his hand to drop a Mountain Giant? Show him how the divinity favors you. Finish with Aldor Peacekeeper\Humility\Keeper of Uldaman ofc. At this moment you literally win the game, he would be too far behind. You're just running out of steam vs Control Warroir or Priest - guess what will help you a lot? I won almost every game when I played Divine Favor for 3+ draws.
It won't help you too much vs agro decks - it would likely be a dead card in your hand, since they would run out of cards befor you do. But it works so amazing vs metioned above, that I think single copy of it is a no-brainer for mostly every agro\tempo paladin deck (second copy is arguble). It's just a card that can win you games, helping you to draw your Dr.6, Dr.7 and Dr.8.

Great deck! Totally agree with MrWinkle, this deck is stronger than one with Blessing of Kings
Just hit Legend 24 EU with similar deck. Although I've replaced one Keeper of Uldaman with Barnes and Dr. Boom with Ragnaros, Lightlord. I've literally won every game when I played Barnes on turn 3\4.
Barnes gives you 1\1 card with strong effect or deathrattle with 68% chance on turn 3\4. It's extremely strong tempo play, even if it's just a Haunted Creeper or Shielded Minibot. If it's Sylvanas Windrunner Tirion Fordring Sludge Belcher Piloted Shredder, well... you've won. Moreover it has a very strongly synergy with N'Zoth, the Corruptor

I assume that N'Zoth's First Mate into Upgrade! would be a great combo.

This card is hilarious when you get perfect draws:
Turn 1. The Coin + Innervate + Astral Communion
Turn 2. Deathwing
Turn 3. Ancient of Lore
Hmm, well played.

Basically Ironfur Grizzly on steroids (+1hp) or just 1 mana cheaper version of Sen'jin Shieldmasta with -1hp downside.

That was so satisfying to drop it right after opponent's Alexstrasza when I faced freeze mage last time.

How to win with secret pally?
Drop random cards on turn 1-4
Turn 5 (Dr.6 time!) - The Coin + Mysterious Challenger or just drop here Sludge Belcher\Loatheb
Turn 6 (Dr.6 time!) - Mysterious Challenger
Turn 7 (Dr.7 time!) - Dr. Boom
Turn 8 (Dr.8 time!) - Tirion Fordring

Ok, 21-year boy with 2 year of game experience, so why are you keep losing when others are winning with this deck?
