It's a continuous effect, not a battlecry, so once he dies it goes away.

Gruckets posted a message on Crushing WallsPosted in: Crushing WallsWould never say that this card was "good" but, I have it in spell hunter. I have 1k dust rn so, I could easily just replace it with a To My Side! but, I never do. This card is super situational but, when it does work it's great. Did your opponent just lay out two huge taunt minions minions and no small ones? Whelp they're now dead and you can laugh about how they didn't try to play around your terrible, terrible card as you hit their face for lethal with Rhok'delar.

reminiscent of good ol' Blackwing Corruptor

I'm late as fuck, but it sounds like, "By Nerub!"

What are some good names for this deck... Shazaman? Sham-wow? There are a lot of options. It's almost like a sort of miracle deck with the draw from the Spirit of the Frog at times, but it's also just a shitload of spell damage.

Pretty sure on play he's saying, "Ooh, a rainbow!", and on attack he says, "Pretty colors!", with one of your standard yaaarghs for the death noise.

It's always sounded to me like this guy's play sound was saying. "Choose a minion". I know it's just gibberish, but I'm always able to make that out.

I know he's saying "It begins" on his attack line, but I can really hear, "8-bit games", pretty distinctly as well...

I think this weapon has been a little underrated... It can really prevent opponents from playing large minions and controlling the board at the same time, because they'll end up clearing their own board that way... I imagine it's a lot more effective in arena than constructed, especially considering the lack of spells and focus on neutral minions in arena that seems to be the case with post-Boomsday arena. Of course, very weak to weapon removal, but I'd say it's overall a decent card vs. any deck that relies on somewhat large minions. It's a notable counter to divine shield taunts as well, as the 1 dmg tap from the hammer breaks the divine shield before the minion's attack.

Alright everyone, remember; the plural of Malygos is Malygeese

couldn't the Dreampetal Florist trigger twice on the same minion? causing you to either hope your florist makes it another turn and doesn't reduce the same minion again, or spread your Malygos plays out over a few turns, which makes them very susceptible to removal. I have no idea if that's how the effect works, but considering the text, "reduce the cost of a random minion in your hand by [7]", there is nothing that states it can't trigger twice on the same minion, or that it won't trigger on minions already at zero cost.
additionally, because this combo relies on 5 different minions to work as effectively as it can, it's very susceptible to Demonic Project , which seems to be seeing a lot of play in counter-combo Warlock decks.
not impossible to pull off, but there does seem to be a bit of luck involved.
