I know it sounds harsh but... so many games have disclaimers. Is gaming really the best hobby to has when you have seizure? I mean its almost everywhere. I can understand blizz in this case. No offense!

Ascate posted a message on We need other nerfsPosted in: Demon HunterSo you have 80% winrate with DH and 2 out of 3 nerfs you are suggesting are to Warlock, who is DH's worst matchup? What are you expecting? 100% winrate with DH thanks to your "balance change"?

bigbrotherandsister posted a message on Demon Hunter 73% Winrate....WTFPosted in: Demon HunterI have been playing HS since 2016. I have never posted anything on here in my life. But DH is too much. My only goal since this expansion was released was to make a counter DH deck. It literally does not exist. I have died from 29 health with 3 5-6 taunts on the board. I have tried res-priest, heal / control shaman, warrior.. secret rogue, galakrond rogue, spell mage, reno mage... nothing beats DH. Its worse than the days of aggro shaman and pirate warrior.... obviously it will take time, but it is OBVIOUS that DH needs a nerf. This new expansion isn’t even worth playing for me until then.
If you survived Shamanstone and Piratestone, then I'm sure you can survive DHstone. You can do it buddy. I believe in you.

purplewindu321 posted a message on Shaman Nerfs Now Live! Battlegrounds Changes too!Posted in: NewsThose are the most ridiculous nerfs blizzard ever did. The four powercards in Galakrond shaman are dragons pack, Galakrond, Kronx and Shudderwock. I garanty you that those nerfs didn't fix the problem. Turn 5 drgons pack, turn 7 gala, turn 8 kronx, turn 9 shudderwock is still unbeatable by almost every deck, and the mirror is still decided by who draws galakrond first. Sludge slurper was perfectly fine, you might even consider running the rat instead now (thats sad), corruptor was the only fine nerf here, cause it was pretty strong, mogu is like whatever man just run sea giant, and corrupt elementalist doesn't really slow down the game plan of the deck. I would have nerfed dragons pack to summon 4/5 instead, and galakrond to be 8 or 9 mana, which would give more time for decks to find solutions to the 2 8/8 and shudderwock full board follow up. Blizzard just looked at the stats, saw shaman with like 50% popularity in rank 1, and panicked, nerfing the first 4 cards they found in the deck. Winrate when drawn doesn't mean everything guys! Gotta look at the bigger picture.

sPacEtiMe19 posted a message on What's going on with Team 5?Posted in: General DiscussionQuote from sPacEtiMe19 >>You have to understand they have access to stats and data that we don’t have access to. On top of that it’s pretty hard to predict meta shifts after expansions. They can never play test as much as millions of players so they will miss some things. Beyond that this forum is incredibly whiny so you can’t take its opinion with much more than a grain of salt for the most part.
as for the nerfs, they’re decent. I’m surprised the dragons pack card escaped nerfs but with elementalist being pushed to 6 mana it’s gonna be harder for them to play it on curve. Mogu going to 9 could be a buff depending on the meta but I think the logic is if you ease up the early game then aggro can get a foothold. With aggro decks on the ladder then control has some good matchups. We’ll see how they go.
its easy to be a Monday morning quarterback but you have no clue how tiny changes can mix this game up.
While it is true that they have access to data that we do not, I hate hearing that as the cop out answer of people defending Blizzard.
The interaction that Shudderwok and Galakrond have is not something that needed to be play tested much. It is not something that "needed to see how the meta developed." It was 100% obvious that it would be broken. There was no question about it, and it is not opinion based whatsoever. Shudderwok not only spawned two more 8/8 rushes with its own 6/6 body, but also re-equipped a 10 damage dealing weapon.
It doesn't matter if the millions of us play tested it, or the team they utilize. It is a very rare case that it was 100% predictable to be overpowered even just on paper.
Just because an interaction is broken doesn’t mean it will be good or viable. In all of the shaman matches I’ve had I have yet to see one pull off shudder after Galakrond. I’m sure it happens to some decks. I’m running highlander dragon mage so maybe I just pressure them too much. There’s plenty of broken interactions that never see the light of day simply because of consistency or meta issues.
You are 100% either lying or play very, very little hearthstone. And what version of highlander mage are you running that is applying more pressure than a slew of 2/1 rushers, 5/6 taunts, and Galak nonsense? Sorry, don't believe you in the slightest as playing Shudderwok after Galakrond isn't hard to pull off whatsoever with all that card draw. And to claim that "you have yet to see" means that in all the time the expansion has been out, you have not in a single game dealt with Shudderwok post galakrond? C'mon man if you're gonna lie at least make it believable.
